I had a water leak from a valve to my refrigerator. It was leaking into the basement and I didn't have the proper tools. The technician came and assessed the situation and made the repair. Again this was a last minute issue and they worked me into the schedule. They were very professional.

Had a leak in a gas line. Charged me $1197 to replace this one foot long pipe. Had to do it because it was freezing out and my gas would be shut off until it was fixed. Biggest ripoff of my life. Call someone else if it isn’t an emergency. Less than two hours of labor.

Tim made everything really easy and straightforward . He had a good suggestions on the best way to move forward with our water heater and clear information about different options for in the future.

Had been out of town, and came home Sunday evening to standing water in my basement. Garrett came out, found the leak and got the water shut off for me. He came back the next day and got everything fixed. He took time to explain everything as he fixed it, and even rushed a little so I could make it to another appointment. Overall, very pleased with Garrett’s knowledge, and the work he did. This will be my go-to for any plumbing issues in the future.

At first, I was very disappointed with the cost of services for BFP but over this last winter storm they we absolutely great with just in time service and willingness to help (via warranty). Its pricey but the warranty and customer service has been worth every penny when it mattered most.

Started off our morning with our water leaking around 3am! Called Benjamin Franklin at a normal hour 7ish since we were able to manage the leak, begin to drain the water heater. Tim arrived at our home shortly after 10am. He assessed the situation, recommended slightly larger heater which would better accommodate our family. Tim was very efficient! He had the new heater installed, removed the old heater and even cleaned up after himself and any remaining water on the floor all before 130pm! If we ever need a Plummer we know who to call “Big T”!

Rudy and Dilan did an amazing job. We opted in for the whole house water softener system and had to have a shower valve replaced due to corrosion. They answered all of my questions and let me watch and learn as they worked. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs!

We found water damage behind my recliner while puppy sitting for my bother. It was a line to an outside faucet. Filed a home warranty request, but the contracted business couldn't arrive until this upcoming Monday and needed the site cleared, or their insurance or warranty wouldn't let them enter my home. Called a restoration company that not only cleared out all the water damaged material but identified the problem. Looked like a toddler peeing on a tree. At the restoration company's recommendation, I got ahold of Benjamin Pluming. This was after failing to get several other plumbing services to respond to an emergency. I was able to establish an appointment time of 1400-1700. Mr. Garrett and Mr. Chris arrived despite exceeding my scheduled appointment time to take care of my issue. No complaints even though it was now after hours. Super friendly and warm. They showed me where my main well water cut-off was (felt stupid after) and explained the five W's of my issue. Literally in and out in about 30 minutes when I shut up and let those men work. They didn't have too, but helped me learn more as a home owner, were generous with themselves and time, fixed my problem, and smiled the whole time despite after hours, probably hungry, and wanting to get home. I appreciate they showed up and didn't punt, leaving me with a running water issue or without water for longer than necessary. Thanks, boys. Thanks for caring more about your client than the paycheck. 10/10 recommend.
