I had a great experience working with Plumbing Solutions of Wichita. My 14-year old water heater gave out in the morning and Aaron was there with a new water heater and had it installed by evening. Aaron was extremely kind and courteous. Seemed like a great guy. I will definitely call them again whenever I have plumbing needs.

Aaron came out to help us with a couple of repairs and he was very professional, patient, and thorough. Even though the repairs took longer than anticipated, he ensured that everything was perfectly finished. It was a pleasure working with this company!

Totally surprised to jump in the shower this morning and encounter only cold water. Went downstairs to find my water heater leaking all over my basement! Called my normal plumber. Too busy to get me in. Called their suggestion. Too busy to get me in. Called my daughter’s plumber. Also booked out. My daughter and I started looking at plumber reviews. We found that Pluming Solutions of Wichita was rated very high, and they were on the west side of Wichita. I gave them a call!
Kristen, who answers the phone for Plumbing Solutions, did an exceptional job keeping me calm, and getting the necessary details of the existing water heater from me. She looked at the schedule, and figured out that she could get a technician out with a new water heater that very afternoon! She asked me to take pictures of my existing model and text them to her. She was able to give me an estimate of the job cost. When the technician was on his way to my house later in the day, she called to let me know he was about 10 minutes away!
I was very pleased with the service I received from Plumbing Solutions of Wichita! Their employees are top notch. I’m pretty sure I just changed my plumbing company! 👍

We had a busted pipe and they were able to fix the pipe that day. Once they got to my house, the problem was fixed within 40 minutes. Very knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. Will definitely be calling back for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Great company that has fantastic customer service and does great work! Aaron did a great job installing a new gas line and hooking up a heater for our garage. This is not the first time we have used Plumbing Solutions and we will continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommend! Exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were able to come out and replace my old water heater the same day I called. The plumber, Aaron, was very friendly and professional. Even though it was getting late in the evening, he took the time to explain everything he did and answered all of my questions completely. I will definitely be using them in the future!

They were wonderful to work with! We called them out for a simple faucet repair but happened to discover a bigger issue with the septic system and they fixed both within 24 hours. Aaron was super helpful, kind, and professional. My dog loved him too! We appreciated their quick turnaround and that they really seemed to care.

Plumbing Solutions was recommended to us by Hanna Heating & Air Conditioning as a plumbing company they recommend. We had a leak at an outdoor faucet that was leaking into our basement.

Jill and Kristen in the office were extremely helpful scheduling our appointment. Jill offered to put us on a cancelation list and work us in, since one of their plumbers lived close to us. She called the night before to confirm our appointment, and let us know that Aaron would call/text the next morning when he was on his way.

Aaron did call and text to let us know he was headed to our house. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me informed on what he would be doing. The repair was quick and he took the time to show me what had gone wrong and how he repaired it.

We will definitely be calling them back the next time we need a plumber. Very thankful we were told to call them!

I have found Plumbing Solutions to be wonderful to work with. They are very professional, communicate clearly, honest about work needed to be done and cost, and Aaron takes the time to show and explain work completed. Kristen handles phone calls professionally and follows up in a timely manner. I will turn to them for all my plumbing needs!

Let me begin with the punchline: For ANY future work, we will ONLY use Plumbing Solutions. More to the story: We started our build in August 2022 and finished 2023. Plumbing solutions was SO refreshing to work with, especially compared to so many other subs. Everything from Jill in the office, to they guys doing the rough and final work on site...it was fantastic! The final punch list for plumbing was minimal because they pretty much did everything right the first time!

During the build, there were a few small adjustments we wanted to make as the builders, and I was amazed at how quickly they got on it! You could tell from day one, they truly take pride in their work and don't just see their customers as dollar signs. We genuinely felt like they cared for us, and this is more and more rare in the industry.

If you want your plumbing job done right at a fair price while being treated as a person and not just a job, go with Plumbing Solutions! You'll be happy you did.

Nothing like finding out late morning that your hot water heater has come to a quick end Called Plumbing Solutions, upon the referral of the company that put in my last one. Oh my gosh was I treated well! They had me send in pictures of my heater, asked a few questions then promised to get in touch with a technician and get back to me. Within 15 minutes I was contacted that I could get help later that day...perfect!
Aaron showed up with everything he needed, was great to explain what they would do and what the cost would be. He then got to work and was done in less than 2 hours. They took care to be careful as they moved in and out of the basement and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed.
Aaron once again explained the work that was done, shared how the igniter works in case I need to ever use it and explained the warranty and more.
YES! I will definitely use Plumbing Solutions again when needed. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness and quick response. Give them a call...you too will be happy with their service!

Called because needed assistance with Noritz warranty work for tankless water heater. Pleasent woman answered phone and scheduled appt. 1 week out.
Tech arrived and became very evident he had limited experience with tankless machine, even though this was confirmed upon scheduling appoint. It was witnessed multiple times the tech was on the phone with Noritz customer service. The tech informed me that Noritz would overnight the part but they need to charge me and was not under warranty.
I disagreed with the fact that part was not under warranty. The tech left a bill, ( non-itemized) and with no explanation of fees.
I called and inquired as to options to mediate and the owner reported, “would you just like me to refund you. “ informed him I would like to obtain an estimate for a “tank water heater.” He replied he would come and provide bid. He came to my residence on the 28th of January measured and left saying he would be in touch. In the mean time I called Noritz and they overnighted the parts free of charge.
Needless to say, no bid was ever provided and no-refund provided. When inquiring via text message with owner never replied. Would NOT recommend this company !

Update: curious how a “unique situation” warrants your technician to charge for incompetence ...? The technician supplied no usable information on his visit. The text message you speak of requesting a refund is a direct result of owner not answering phone on multiple attempts. Again, if anyone has “ complex” plumbing needs would NOT recommend.

My husband asked that I contact a plumber because water was backing up into our yard from a cleanout. I read through the reviews and decided to give Plumbing Solutions a try. We have not historically had great experiences with plumbers, but we really liked Aaron.

I didn't feel like it was an emergency, so I made an appointment for next day. They called before they came out. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. (I was not watching the clock closely, but I know they were quick!)

My husband asked some additional questions about the issue. Aaron was knowledgeable and did not try to recommend services that would further increase our cost. He also gave us some advice for prevention, which we appreciated.

We will definitely contact Plumbing Solutions again for our plumbing needs!

**Edit** A year later, we called Plumbing Solutions for a hammering sound coming from our plumbing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and it was affordable. We asked him if he could address a couple of other concerns while he was here. Both of those issues were also addressed quickly. Both were also affordable. Very thankful for his hard work today.

Water heater was two years old which they originally installed (still under warranty). Charged a service fee for $250. Job took 40 minutes, and they said that the added costs had to do with the drive (25min) and picking up parts (two heating elements). Good customer service, awful pricing.

Great experience with Plumping Solutions. They communicated well with scheduling and Aaron was kind and efficient when fixing our issue! We will definitely call them for future needs!

Fantastic experience. Kristen was great at getting me scheduled, same day, for a new water heater. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and cleaned everything up perfectly. In a world where it’s like pulling teeth to get ANY contractor to even show up for a job, this was a welcome relief!!!

Very pleased! Came to fix a faucet the was just installed that had a faulty hose. Found another leak that was not associated with the Faucet and took care of that as well and didn’t charge to fix that. This kind of service is almost unheard of anymore. Would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions for any of your plumbing needs.
