We had a couple of issues, one of which was a bit major, as the issue caused some leaky water issues. We had worked with David Lies Plumbing several times in the past. We had always received top notch service and technicians to perform the work. On this occasion, we were thankful for Jeremy who came out and looked at the issues with my wife and me. He fully understood the issues and he provided an estimate in a timely manner. Once received, I worked with Vicky, the office manager, who got us on the schedule with Kyle. Kyle is a fantastic worker and he performed test after test after his work was completed to see if the issues were cleared or not. Our first issue was to remove and seal the lines for an old water softener which served no purpose for us in the furnace room in the basement. Kyle took care of this issue quickly before turning to the more important issue of replacing old plumbing piping with PVC piping. Kyle went over his plan of attack with me. He got the work completed and he and I began testing with all water components in the house - all three levels - shower - bathtubs - sinks - toilets, etc. He found one minor issue which he quickly resolved and then he and I performed additional testing. This time we went out into the garage and he looked at the drywall where one of the pipes going into the basement was located. Kyle and I removed most everything off a large storage unit in front of this wall and then Kyle looked down at the base of the drywall and showed me a small amount of water which was seeping in at the base of the wall. He told me the vibrations caused by replacing the piping downstairs exposed an issue with the piping behind this drywall. Kyle expertly cut out a small window on the drywall and he showed both my wife and I the old piping which appeared to be corroded and cracked. He immediately replaced this piping with new PVC and he reattached the piece of drywall he cut out and we then performed more testing. No more issues. A week later, all looks great and there has been no further leaks with the new PVC piping. I appreciated the diligence Kyle provided in performing the work and doing extensive testing to make sure the issues, all of them, were resolved. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. First of all, I try to accomplish everything I possibly can around the house on my own... I had three water shut-off valves that I did not have the confidence to tackle on my own. David Lies was the first plumber I have ever called. They booked my appointment only 2 days out (non-emergency situation) but actually called and got me in the very next day. Evan was great at talking me through what to expect and Bob did an excellent job completing the task. If I had the courage to have tried to tackle this one on my own, it would have cost me about the same in material and tools... You can’t go wrong with these guys.

The technician was punctual and had called to announce that he was on the way. He was very patient to find the pin hole leak causing the water problems in my basement ceiling. He searched for the leak, found the leak, and fixed the leak. True dedication to the cause. i would recommend David Leis Plumbing for any plumbing job. Excellent Service. Thanks

Our water heater broke and was leaking. We called David Lies Plumbing for a replacement. Dustin came to our home. He quickly had the old one out and the new one in. Dustin was very nice and answered all our questions while he worked. Great experience!

We just moved to Wichitaand needed some plumbing work done on our new home. Jeremy put in a reverse osmosis system, a utility tub, and a shower head for us. He was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and capable. We were very happy with him and David Lies Plumbing.

Damian came out and changed the shut off valve to the toilet and a couple other parts inside the tank. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He got the job done quickly and the toilet is working great! This is the company to call if you have any plumbing issues.
