We hired them to fix the discharge line of our sump pump. Whoever put it in when the house was built didn’t do the best job. We were able to make an appointment and have the technician come out within a day of calling. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price! If we ever need a plumber again, this is where we will go!

I had David Lies plumbing come to my residence to fix an issue with a toilet. Daniel found what was causing the issue and was able to fix it right away. Very satisfied with the price and the quick service. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing issue. Thanks again.

Called JM Plumbing at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon after discovering water leaking from the ceiling in my basement directly below the kitchen. Saul showed up by 4:00 and began diagnosing the issue from top to bottom. The culprit ended up not being the sink or dishwasher, but an elbow joint in the hot water copper line had sprung a leak. After replacing the joint, he was very meticulous in tracing down any last hint of water damage when removing the water soaked ceiling sheetrock and made sure to clean up every last bit of debris! I HIGHLY recommend JM Plumbing LLC (and especially Saul for his wonderful personality) for any plumbing related needs you may have!!

These guys are SO great. They gave me a great price to begin with, then came out and found an even CHEAPER way to solve the problem I was having.

I called at 7 pm on a Thursday. The plumber actually answered the phone. I did not get a relay messenger service like the big, local competition. The plumber appeared when promised, an hour later. My leaking, main house water pipe, which was difficult to access, was properly repaired in less than 2 hours. I am happy with the service and the plumber was friendly.

My new favorite Plumber. Very responsive. Saul cleaned out our main line, explained what the situation was and made recommendations for what I can do to slow down root intrusion so we don't have to dig up the yard so soon. Friendly and Professional service. Will definitely call them first for future needs.

We were up at 2:30 in the morning with a dead sump pump and had to start removing water to prevent our basement from flooding our newly installed carpet! At 3:25 am I spoke to Saul who came out at 6:30 am on that same day, Saturday. That was because I went to Lowe's when they opened at 6:00 am to purchase a new sump pump, back up pump and back up battery. It was replaced and working in quick order. Thank you for rescuing us! Will definitely use them again!

JM Plumbing came out on a Friday for a quote on replacing a main sewer line. The gentlemen stated he wanted to try and clear and camera the line before he did anything, because he felt like he could get it cleared. So, instead of spending the money to get it replaced, I ended up saving a ton of money because he was able to get the line cleared. I definitely will be using this company in the future, and have already recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you JM Plumbing!

Needed help with some repairs and a water heater installed in a newly leased property my church got and Jaime was very helpful and considerate and helped make suggestions on what work needed to be done in the building. We had an appointment scheduled for between 11a-2p today. I called at 2:10p because no one had shown. I was told they put us down for 2p-5p, not what we agreed on but we decided to keep the appointment and wait just a while longer. At 4pm they called saying they were still at a job but will be done by 5. At 5:11pm they called giving me a price quote over the phone (3days after my original call) with a price that was much higher than expected. Typically that wouldn't be such a big deal but now it is after 5pm ON A FRIDAY. I missed a day of work waiting and every other company is closed or charges an addition after hours service charge! When I explained how much all of this effected us and the poor timing of it the response was, "Sorry, I don't know what to say. I over booked myself today." This company was recommended by a friend and we really prefer to support locally owned businesses but got burned bad today by JM plumbing.

Saul was very professional and arrived within the hour of calling. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. He installed a water heater in the basement by himself and hauled it off. He was very concise about not getting anything dirty and returning everything as it was when he arrived. I would call JM Plumbing, LLC with any plumbing issues in the future.

After a 5 month renovation project we moved into our home and quickly found an issue with a bad cold water pipe. It was leaking all over our new floor under our new cabinets. Jaime, with JM plumbing arrived in under an hour to look into the problem.

To cap the leaky line, he had to go into our wet crawl space in the dead of winter. His efforts were even more amazing, considering that we called JM at 11:00 PM and he left a Christmas party to respond to our after hours call.

The price was very reasonable and Jaime was very personable and professional. I will never contact another plumbing company because of this experience. JM will be my preferred plumber for life.

Make JM your first and final call. So happy with the service. Professional, kind, timely. Cost was fair. The only company to put booties over shoes when entering for estimates and during service. Quick turnaround time. Overall satisfied with service!! Will use again if we ever need to. They repaired a leak in our main water line.

The pipe from our meter to the house busted, we got a lot of quotes and they were the best price. They got my pipe replaced in one day and they were really friendly. They didn't mind that my husband talked to them the whole time they were working. Very easy to work with, always answered the phone when we called, I would recommend them to everyone.

We had been in our house for only a month when our downstairs bathroom shower backed up and sent septic “water” flooding the bathroom and soaking part of our basement. Of course this had to happen during the weekend. JM Plumbing we’re the only ones who answered our request for emergency help and they came out on a Sunday and fixed our blocked septic line. They found that roots had infiltrated our line and caused a blockage. Their price was less than we imagined and gave us advice and tips to prevent the damage and recommended replacing the damaged line. JM Plumbing was the only service open during the weekend and did a great job with professionalism and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Jm Plumbing (Jaime) moved my Plumbing from the basement to the kitchen for a washer and dryer hook up,now I have a new wash room. They did an amazing job. I am very excited about my next load of laundry. The price was very reasonable to. (Superior quality work).

Another 5 star review for JM Plumbing. We hired them for a difficult task, a shower drain broken under a concrete slab. They showed up on time (early) prepared to give a us a bid and an estimation on time. They found another issue with a line that was about to break. They showed us the evidence and gave us an additional price. We had them do the additional work because it made sense while the concrete was torn up. There was no pressure, and they would have completed the original portion with the original bid.

I can't say enough about how friendly and forthcoming they were. The work was performed at my mother's house, and we were both completely comfortable with them being there with her alone. Great people, great work.

I had requested different quotes and had different people and some telling me I needed to do more than what I had to, shower drain repair. One day one of my friends referred me to JM plumbing, and at first I was skeptical not only cause never heard of it but my initial thoughts of the person assisting me.
