JL Plumbing was very responsive on the first call to fix drain/sewer line issues. Came back about 1 month later after line backed up again and warranted the work. Would recommend JL Plumbing for fast fair service.

They were my second opinion after a very poor experience with another plumbing company. I initially was told I needed a another massive project done. I got a hold of Ken and he told me he wanted to evaluate it himself. He drove out with in a few hours and looked at the problem. It was a simple fix that the other company was telling me would cost at least 1500. Ken only charged me the low fee of a service charge to keep sewage from back flowing into my basement. This place is my new go to for all my plumbing needs. I highly suggest this company. They could have easily convinced me that I needed that much work done but did the right thing.

Jasno Loibl or "Jay" is obviously a professional who has been doing this for decades! Knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. AND DID! Don't waste your money with Reddi rooter, or Rooter reddi! Whatever they call themselves, this guy actually knows what he's doing! He's honest, trustworthy! Not going to get that with the Steven owned companies, I promise you! Save yourself the headache and some money! Hire this professional!

After having a terrible experience with a previous contractor, we called JL plumbing to fix and finish the remodel of our bath and shower. Jay was very informative and easy to talk to through the entire process and he did an amazing job on absolutely everything. We highly reccommend JL plumbing and will be calling them again for future projects!

Jay came out under short notice even though I don't live close for a main sewer blockage. got it cleared and kept going after to make sure he got it all. he made a very stressful situation into an easy going one. defenitely will be using him again if I have any further issues

I could not sing higher praises for Jay and his team. Jay is the smartest, most efficient plumber/contractor I’ve ever worked with.
I had a leak that could not be found by Roto Rooter or Ben Franklin... for months! Roto Rooter said I would have to tear out my kitchen, including granite countertops, while Ben Franklin suggested I hire a contractor to rip out my $15,000 shower. Thankfully, I found a contractor (Nick Warren), who suggested I call Jay before letting anyone cut into my shower or kitchen. Sure enough, Jay found EXACTLY where the leak was (without tearing out anything) and fixed my issue within days. He and Ken even repaired all of the drywall that other companies had cut through, trying to find the leak.

Unlike every other plumbing company, Jay doesn’t mark up the parts for repairs. You will pay for good service, not for parts marked-up to 200% cost.

Before you sign off on any big job, CALL JAY!

Jay and Jaden were very kind. Jay did two more jobs that I didn't even ask him to do. Went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them and I will have them back again.

We used them for the first time. He came out and ended up installing a new toilet. EXCELLENT work, very efficient and fast. We will only use them for any future issues. He's the best!!!

So i had a main blockage in my sewer line, everything in the house was backing up. Jay came out very quickly especially under short notice. got the main uncloged and charged me an amazingly reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and will be using for all my plumbing needs. Kenneth and Jay did a fantastic job. Sump pump died and they came out immediately and replaced it. We also had a water powered sump pump backup system installed also. Will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

My blood is boiling as a Landlord! Very unprofessional. Miscommunication, text said they’ll be here at 8am. Then they’re two hours late. Then they didn’t inform us ahead of time that a certain room needs to be cleared. Then he says that to get someone else and slams the door . They stayed stopped one block away. They were to fully install an exhaust fan! He of course refused to refund our $49 deposit! I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went thru!

I came across this job listing at Menard’s West! I spoke up to the Store Manager to remove his listing from the plumbing area. He said that he never received a complaint about this company. I answered or no one had the guts to speak up about it! He ended saying he’ll review this company.

Jay was amazing! Called Friday night at about 9:00 pm because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I couldn't use the shut off valve because it wasn't working either. I told him I would be okay overnight and he offered to come Saturday morning to fix my toilet. Before he got here, I found out my other toilet downstairs was also not working properly and leaking from the shut off valve. Jay took it in stride and fixed both toilets for me at an extremely reasonable price. He didn't try to upsell me and even told me about being able to repair the upstairs toilet if the tank bolts started leaking so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new toilet. I am very impressed with his work, his friendliness and his professionalism. I have created a whole list of projects that I will have him and his company take care of in the coming months. Thanks again Jay, you saved my weekend!!

Jay is the most knowledgeable and efficient plumber we have ever had. Our condo plumbing is from 1985 and is starting to show wear and tear. We got quotes from Bowers and Ben Franklin, but Jay was able to fix our shower and our outdoor spigot for much less plus he did not have to tear out a wall like the other two had planned to do. Saved us money and my sanity! I highly recommend and we could not be more satisfied customers. Thank you JLPlumbing! 10 out of 5 stars!

2026: Adrian is top notch. He quickly identified where the water leaks were in my bathroom. He did a masterful job tearing out the old cast iron tub/shower, and installing a new tub/shower with beautiful trim. He also put in a replacement sink/faucet. (See photos) Adrian’s work was impeccable, and he was friendly yet professional. I give Adrian my very highest recommendation!

2025: Tim (bid) was knowledgeable. Rudy and Corbin did plumbing and completed job in the estimated 3-days even though Kansas had just had an icy blizzard with frigid temperatures. Each day they arrived when expected, and communicated their work plan for the day, and answered questions that I posed. They respected my property. Job well done, Rudy and Corbin!
