Jon-Eric was an amazing service technician. It was the weekend after Thanksgiving. And BOOM wake up with a stopped up sink, and spending numerous dollars on different Draino and acids trying to unclog the sink to no prevail. Everyone seemed to be booked but we called Mr.Rooter and on the very same day, Jon-Eric was able to come out and unclog the sink. When I tell you that he saved the day and did it with all the patients in the world….He was amazing. We were all worked up and overwhelmed he got all of us calm!! All I can say is Mr.Rooter is a 10+ And if you can request a Tech definitely ask for Jon-Eric, he was awesome thanks, Jon-Eric

Lucas was absolutely fantastic! He did a great job walking us through the process, gave his honest recommendations and communicated throughout the entire process. He replaced our cast iron pipes with PVC like it was nothing! Truly appreciate his hard work.

Brent did all he could do to help my wife and I to clear our drain. We had a 45° bend he could not negotiate. We still have a problem, but it's not as bad. Thank you.

Mixed review great customer service and nice workers but charged me $1000 and wanted to tack on more stuff because the tools they used weren’t fixing the problem to be fair I did have a massive root but at that point I’d rather get my whole pipes fixed then to spend another $1000 for a bandaid

Great tech that came out to my house within an hour of me calling as a new customer. I needed my new fridge installed but my water valve was old so I had two refrigerators sitting in my kitchen so he came and fixed everything and moved the fridge for me and hooked everything up for me! He did get a little water leakage that went to ceiling of my basement right under the kitchen and immediately told me and got a fan and cleaned it up as well as gave coupon for 150$ off service. I’ve had other techs try to hide anything like that so I feel very confident that they will follow up if anything happens further with it. He was wonderful

Fast and professional and free estimate. Showed up 20 minutes after I called on Saturday. Diagnosed the problem and fixed. Even offered options on fixing and no pressure. Highly recommend.

Brent did an amazing job getting my line cleared. He presented me with multiple options and even contact the city for me. The city came out and scoped the line the next day, and after I contacting the city they have it on the schedule to get the sewer line cleaned next week. Very professional and on time would highly recommend.

Things started off very well when I called to ask about their services. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She told me she could have a plumber at my house in 30 minutes, and he was! Lucas, the plumber that came to my house was courteous, professional, and engaging. He quickly found the problem, showing and explaining to me the issue and further explaining four different options of how to fix the problem.

Once my decision was made, he wasted no time in getting started. Lucas understood that I needed to get back to work, and he completed the job well within an hour; including cleanup. He left the bathroom looking better than when he arrived.

I am very appreciative to Lucas, Scott, and the kind woman I spoke to when I first called. They made this unpleasant plumbing problem a much better experience than I had anticipated.

I have never left a review before. BUT Mr rooter has been one of the best customer experiences we have ever had. Brent came first thing in the morning and put us at ease. He explained everything to us. Abigail from the office went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as ordering pizza!! She replied to every message with care. David, Dallas and Nick replaced our main water line. It was like they were fixing their own property. When they were done every thing was put back exactly as it was. If it wasn't for seeing the dirt filled in I couldn't even tell they were there!! They spoke to us like a friend!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE

Lucas showed up in what seemed like record time, was super friendly and really informative on what our issue was which made us really confident in his repair. Our leak is fixed and I’m so glad we went with Lucas and Mr.Rooter!

Brent was willing give explanations of what he was seeing and the solutions and options to fix the system!! Job was completed in a timely manner!!! The whole entire ready rooter team was very polite, eligible and courteous. They took great care with my plants surrounding where the pipe went. On time quick service

Mr Rooter came to my aide when I’d had a flooding issue in my rental apartment.
They came very quickly and resolved my issues to my great satisfaction.
Their promptness and professionalism were outstanding!

This is my second time using Mr. Rooter for two different plumbing issues. Today’s call was to replace a 13 yo water heater. Lucas was here first thing in the morning with an 0800-1000 window (amazing). He was thorough & quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Was thankful they were able to get a professional out to us in a timely manner, really appreciated that. The cost I thought was a little high to unclog a line, although a camera scope was included, I would of liked to have a copy of it sent to my email, over all we’d use them again.
