Our car broke down on the exit ramp from Kellogg. One of the Carr's employees pulled up beside us. When he realized that the car was unable to drive, he pulled up behind us with his flashers on and helped push the car to the gas station parking lot. He was a true life saver. Not many people are willing to do this anymore. Very nice man.

Very dissatisfied. The Plumber technician started charging his hourly rate at 8:10 AM, but didn’t call me until 8:16, was not authorized with work until 8:23 and showed up at the property at about 840 AM. The tenant gave him access to the property and had to leave for an appointment after the tenant left. The technician could not find the crawlspace entrance he asked if I wanted him to wait until someone came who could let him look through the house and find the crawlspace or to just leave and come back later when they will be home. I told him we’ll stay for the hour and then if nobody comes, go ahead and leave he said that he started charging me at 8:10 and I did not even confirm the work for that I have for him until 8:23 AM. He arrived at around 8:40 AM and left the property before 9 AM. I told him to just leave the property and I will just pay the service charge. I feel this is unethical and I will find another plumbing company to service my properties.

Also, technician said the fee was $165, but they billed me $175. I paid the bill, but asked why I was overcharged. The technician said he accidentally put in the wrong amount, but that they could not refund me for the overcharge, but they could credit it on a future bill. That was enough for me to decide that I will not work with this company.

Called to repair two toilets. Usually a tech checks with you when they know how much the repair will be. They did not. They just made the repair which cost $400. These were specialty commercial toilets that we did not want fixed at that price. We would just have replaced them with normal toilets. Anyway, they pretty much didn't care and were rude about it. Didn't get back to me about questions regarding a warranty, since those toilets were basically new.

Forever thankful for Carrs plumbing! Fixed our AC with no hassle and with in 3 days. His technicians are not only the best but, non judging, and hard workers. Can’t thank Al and the technicians enough!

Water leak in laundry room. They were here on time, promptly went to work. Did an awesome job. I definitely will use them again.

My family has been business with Carrs For quite some time They have always been very professional and and always willing to work with us. Despite some of our differences in the past, we always given another chance and that we did and we are grateful. We are continuing business together and we greatly Appreciate. One of their technicians came out today just to check on our unit and make sure our business was good to go with AC running. Sewer line replacement. Orangeburg Pipe 73 years old. I got quotes from 8 different plumbing concerns, although 3 declined (we don't do that type of involved work). The others quoted $18-32,000, and said it would take 3-4 days - and some of them charged a fee just to produce an estimate.
'Mike' quoted under $11,000, and essentially had it done in one day. It took a couple hours the next day doing cleanup, but, they were hampered by a thunderstorm.

One of the more expensive firms required us to move a garden shed & breakup the concrete foundation. Then, 3 sections of a neighbors fence would need to be removed for access to get the backhoe into the backyard.
'Brandon', Carr's backhoe operator, was highly accomodating. He created an inventive method to get the backhoe thru without bothering the neighbors fence. Then, moved the shed aside, and used the backhoe to move the concrete out of the way in one piece. When completed, he moved the concrete back, and then set the shed back in place.
Other companies would have me taking 3 days off work to facility their needs, and hire 2-3 extra guys besides. Carr brought their own helper crew and took care of business, and then went the extra mile to make it all go right... and for the best price.

Owner, Chris, is quite rude. Especially when dealing with perspective clients. I ask questions because I'm not a maintenance person. He needs a course on proper behavior and he needs to learn to be more respectful to women.

Have had this company come out to our house once a year for the last 5 or 6 years due to our sewer line having a dip and growing Roots every year into the line. They are always best on their pricing can give you a quote right over the phone can tell you how long they can snake and also are usually available the day you call. Everyone is professional that comes everyone does their job good and never have had a problem I highly recommend this company!

Answered the phone like he just woke up at 930am, I had to ask if I had the right number as he didn't say anything but hello, he said you're just calling to sell me something the morning after Thanksgiving aren't ya!? I was like no? I was trying to give you business..... he said we only do new construction now..... weird call & unprofessional...9:30am & answering his business phone like that??? No thanks...

He was very prompt and very effecient. Our kitchen drain had been clogged for a couple of weeks and no drain cleaner we used worked. We went through at least 3 bottles one of which was 'guaranteed to work" but it didn't. He had to go out 75 feet to clear the lines, and he made sure it was cleaned out before he left. We have not had any problem since then. Very reasonably priced!

Hot water heater went out and when I called he told me up front exactly how much it was going to be. He was able to come out to replace my hot water heater two hours after I called. He showed up on time, clean, professional, and very friendly. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to improve some of the piping that needed to be fixed also. There was no mess, he cleaned up everything, and removed the old hot water heater. At the end, the invoice was very simple, easy to understand, and most of all extremely affordable! I would absolutly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

At 25+ years in the field, Doug is super knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. Like other reviewers stated, he is an honest, hardworking guy that you can trust. He’s transparent with parts/pricing and will be my go to plumber for everything. I first reached out because I wanted to see if I could make a main level washer/dryer system work in my house. He installed no problem and it’s working great. Since then he’s resolved two other plumbing issues quickly and for a fair price. Now we’re onto a full basement plumbing rough in and he is doing a fantastic job. Cannot recommend enough!

Lucas did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and skilled with a great attitude.

Lucas came out was able to work the problem for us on the same day. He gave us a variety of options and didn't pressure us into any decision. Really appreciated his work ethic to getting it done quickly but correctly.

I had a sewer line back up on a Saturday morning. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Lucas out within 2 hours. He was absolutely super! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options with pricing up front. After he cleaned out a huge clump of tree roots from my sewer line, he cleaned up his work area very promptly and explained the 6 month guarantee of his work before he left. I can’t recommend him and Mr. Rooter highly enough. If you need plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter and ask for Lucas. You will be glad you did.

Tried to install garbage disposal and sink faucet. Age has caught up with me, can't do any more. Called and Anglic got a tech out that afternoon. Took about 2 hrs, I'd still be messing with it. ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY TECHS. My call to get things I NO LONGER can easily do.
