I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't know who to call when I had a toilet broken issue. Looked online, they had good reviews. For all my plumbing issues I count on Boyer Plumbing. The are quick, neat, efficient, friendly and always come when they say they will come. They don't try to push something you don't need to buy. They are honest and fair.

Bennie showed right up with all the parts and tools to replace leaking water heater that another company had installed. He not installed but brought everything up to code and did everything quicky and cleanly. Will definitely use them again.

Man these guys were great! They fit me in right away for a sump pump repair. The men were polite, double-checked everything and answered all my questions. They had the parts on the truck and had me back up and running quickly. I definitely would call them again!

A gas pipe going through a brick wall began leaking. My regular plumber recommended Boyer but my home warranty company sent one of their contractors. After eight days of no hot water and lots of time with the other plumber talking about what a complicated and expensive job this would be, I called Boyer. Loren came out yesterday to assess the job, and his crew did the complete repair this morning. Customer service was excellent, work was done perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Boyer Plumbing.

Everyone I’ve worked with here has been awesome! I had to replace the line from the meter to the house and they did a fantastic job. Ben and Trent went above and beyond to get my water working again. I appreciate how the guys- from consultation to repair work- took the time to explain things to me. Excellent quality, excellent service.

I appreciate Mr. Bryce helping us twice replace our water heater in a time when we really needed it. It the next day we lost our water heater. They worked us in and we were back with hot water in less than 24 hours. Good work and thank you for doing all that work without even a stain on the carpet!!! Excellent service. Boyer Plumbing came to our rescue today after a pipe burst overnight.

We started calling multiple emergency lines outside normal business hours, and couldn't get through to anyone. After our family vouched for Boyer's customer service and expertise, we got in touch and were so appreciative that they worked us into their schedule today.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, these guys were very relatable in explaining things as they worked on the fix. I never felt like my many questions were a bother and they were so quick to call me back with another answer, even after they had left.

I was so relieved and grateful for the experience after the huge mess and stress we've been dealing with since the wee hours!

Poor customer follow up. A plumber came out to the house for an estimate. :
Said they would call and email with the details. After a week nothing. Called and left a message to follow up. Waited 4 days before calling and asking for a return call from the plumber who performed the service call. Nothing. Waited 2 more days and called back for follow up. Was told that the plumber has the message, and “must be too busy if he hasn’t called you back.” I clarified that we were happy the plumber came out but would line to get a quote or at the least if the job is too small for Boyer it would be professional to let us know as we had been waiting for his estimate. During the follow up response the nice lady who answers the phone responded that I should “just start looking around” for another plumber. I was surprised that Boyer plumbing doesn’t want to maintain a good reputation among potential customers. Hopefully this gets the attention of someone at Boyer who cares. Boyer was recommended by a neighbor. We are sadly very disappointed.

Absolutely top notch service. Recently had a bad experience with a different plumber simply because the other place was open on a weekend. I should have waited and stuck with Boyer from the start. The invoice came today and I am so thankful for this company that charges a reasonable rate for the service they provide. I don't intend to ever try another plumber again. ❤️❤️❤️

Boyer Plumbing knows what they are doing but I have some complaints
1. When the plumber disconnect my dishwasher for our Kitchen remodel, he left uncapped live wires and I got shocked when I moved it to paint
2. The bill came and they refused to provide a written copy of the parts used.
3. After re-hooking up my dishwasher it worked 1 time properly, but will no longer drain since. Boyer is suggesting it must have been damaged in the garage but no one messed with it, of that I am positive. Boyer plumbing put it in my garage and took it out of my garage
4. They referred me to a different company to fix my dishwasher without checking it to make sure it was not a problem they caused and also promised to text me that companies contact information but failed to do that as well.

My water heater went out and I called Boyer in the morning when I realized it was shot. They came and replaced while I was at an appointment. When I arrived home it was installed. No mess and they helped me upgrade to a 10 year warranty. I cannot recommend more highly. If you need plumbing this has got to be your go to.

Bryce showed up a few minutes early, but was efficient & worked to fix what was wrong with our toilet failing to flush.
He figured out what was wrong, fixed it and left the toilet looking better than it has looked for a few days.

Boyer was top notch and never left me waiting or worrying that my water heater wasn’t going to get replaced. They contacted me with expert advice on a replacement and treated me very well. They have my respect and business after getting hot water back into our home!

We have used Boyer for over 25 years. After moving out of town, we called another plumber to put in a sink. After finding leaks, we called Boyer and they traveled for an hour to fix our problems. We just had them put in a new water heater and water softener and he did a wonderful job. I will never use any one else now.

Hire them for some plumbing services and they were definitely extremely helpful. They fixed the problem. Very efficient, professional and friendly. They definitely do not cheat you. Honest people honest company. Not like other companies I've worked with and Ill definitely stick with Boyer.

Recently had some troubles with my shower faucet around 11:30-12 at night & the next morning I had guys out early as 8:40 HUGE THANK YOU to Trent! Came out & replaced my faucet and even fixed my bathroom sink plumbing even though he was on a time crunch with no problems.
