Can I give less than one star?
Price changed 3 times for a disposal replacement. $175 service visit fee turned into a "after hours fee." Boss of course forces the kid he sent to tell me this. Service fee was supposed to be absorbed by the cost of the job, not added to it. Was not told initially by the manager over the phone that this was the case.

So, an over charge on top of everything else. Took the (according to the manager) "fully licensed, skilled, insured, drug free (according to manager) almost 3 hours to change the disposal! Did not fix the second sink issue, because well, that will be "extra".

When called about the bill and offered a chance to make it right, the manager used all the greatest lines run by shady business operators. "Do you work for free? Was the job done? Evasive reflective questions. Claimed the $90-100 disposal was worth $150+. Like we don't all have google lens and can look it up.As a matter of fact I do have a business, and go out of my way to make things right for the customer.

My solace is he will have to pay some troll farm $100s of dollars to give him more phony 5 star reviews to hide all the one stars they have received.

P.S. this business isn't rated by the better business bureau, and is a 1 star in yelp for many of the same reasons.

Matt and Ashton came out and capped our shower lines after hours (allowing us to still have water in the house) and came back the next day to install a new shower valve. Very professional, clean, the work was done super fast and my dog loved them! Great job

I recently had Matt come out to address my shower facet that would not dispense cold water. Found out the cartridge was corroded and rusted out. Matt was very informative and explained the cause of failure and what we had to do to get it fixed. I appreciate how Matt tried to save me money by replacing smaller parts first in attempt to fix the problem. In the end, we had to replace the whole cartridge. The whole process, from scheduling to work being performed was stress free and seamless. Now I can say I GOTTA GUY for all my plumbing needs!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer service and actual service installation of our new water heater. We were very grateful to get our water heater replaced the same day we called . Liam and Ashton were outstanding. Police, approachable and knowledgeable. Left the workspace around the new hot water heater clean and managed to remove the old one without a drop of water left on my floors! A+ work, gentlemen.

Employee was courteous, work done was completed as expected. I was nervous since the plumber sent admitted he’d never heard of a Jacuzzi brand faucet. The service call fee was in-line with competitors, but I didn’t like having to pay it up front. The hourly rate is much higher than average for our area. Two days after service and I still have not received an itemized receipt, so I have no idea what the replacement part actually cost or how much time I was billed for.

When Gotta Guy arrived, the plumber introduced himself as Ashton Roy, and asked me what my concerns were. He assessed the situation and and presented me with options to best fit the needs of my situation. Ashton was polite, friendly, and profession. Based on this interaction with Ashton we would recommend Gotta Guy plumbing.

Ashton showed up early, very polite and professional. Explained everything including costs before any work was done. He was quick, through, correctly done. Showed me the damaged part and that the repair was complete and working!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND ASHTON!!!!!

Liam came out quickly and did his best to get everything unclogged. Price was reasonable. I like that they offer a 7 day warranty. I did not care for paying for the service call before they came out over the phone.

Gotta Guy was pretty awesome to work with. They stuck with us through a home warranty situation and went above and beyond to get our issue resolved. They communicated often through the whole process. Liam was our technician and he covered every possible angle and explained it all in detail. Just a pleasant guy who knows his stuff. All in all, very happy with this company and will use them again for other projects.

Liam and Ashton arrived early and immediately gave me a estimate of the cost of the job. They were polite, professional, friendly, fast and cleaned up when they were done with the job. They also took the time to explain not only what they would be doing with the new water heater but Ashton reached the age of my OLD water heater and explained some details about it that I hadn't been aware of. Matt and Ashton did an outstanding job repairing a leak in my shower. They replaced the shower valve and also took care of the tile and drywall that had deteriorated from the leak. From start to finish, the service was quick, prompt, and very affordable. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was fixed properly before they left. Overall, just great service—I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Gotta Guy was the only company to respond quickly to a weekend call. Ashton spent multiple hours and was very thorough. We’ll use them again. I also paid for a chemical treatment so the cost was higher.

Timely and efficient service! I called for support with my water heater late about 9:00 PM and the automated AI system scheduled the service the next day between 9 and 11 AM. Liam arrived exactly at 9:00. He diagnosed the problem quickly, provided me with options and communicated the pros and cons with each option with zero pressure to make a decision right away. I opted to have a new water heater put in, and Liam was able to make it happen right away. I had a new water heater by noon! Liam and Ashton were both polite, helpful, and very competent! This is a well run business with technicians who communicate well and are very skilled at what they do!

Excellent service!
We experienced our first major plumbing issue when a pipe burst this morning, causing our crawl space to flood and affecting our sump pump. They arrived within about an hour of my call, quickly diagnosed the problem, set fair pricing, and completed the necessary repairs. They also took the time to educate us on our plumbing situation, which we really appreciated. I’m so relieved we found a GREAT plumber! thank you to the gotta guys
