Great Price, Great Service, installed a pressure regulator valve to get my 90 PSI down to 50 PSI totaled about an hour. Left no mess and helped me understand the install after fine tuning it with a valve I had handy.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater, gave us options, and we decided to go with a new system. They got it installed the next day. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

Brown's Plumbing gave us great service from start to finish. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were flexible with my schedule, Rocky came out to do my estimate and answered all my "silly questions", and Nick came out a few days later to replace a few pipes for us quickly and efficiently. A locally owned business with fair rates and great employees is 5 stars all day long:)

They did great work with a basement bathroom remodel which required extensive concrete work. They also replaced and ran new gas lines for my furnace and fireplace. Chris was easy to work with and his crew were professional and polite. I highly recommend.

Top notch! Had an awful experience with Reddi who quoted me 3000 for a new water heater that it did NOT need, Browns told me wasn't water heater but a pin hole pipe leak. Fixed it and cost 280. Could not recommended enough!

Today was the 2nd time that I used Brown’s Plumbing. I called early in the morning and someone was able to come out that afternoon. These guys really are remarkable!!!
I must mention that their fees are pretty reasonable as they do not try to gouge you.
I highly recommend Brown’s Plumbing.

My outside water faucet was leaking. Rocky came out to take a look. He went into the cellar and turned off the water line to that faucet and said to call them when the temperature warmed up a bit so that he could replace it.
I asked how much did I owe for the house call and he said nothing.
I have never heard of any business, especially a plumbing company that does not charge for coming ti your home.
Well, Brown’s Plumbing has won me over on just that alone!!!
I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing projects.

Woke up to find my water heater leaking and needing replaced, and I knew that it might be a longshot to find a company who could get the job done that day. I called around to 4 or 5 different highly recommended companies, one of which I had used and been happy with before. None of them were available to come out until the next morning at the earliest. Brown's Plumbing was a name that had come up repeatedly while searching for recommendations, so I decided to call them in a final attempt at finding same-day service.

I spoke with Chris, the owner of the company, and found that his quoted price was very close to the lowest quote that I had received that day. He was able to send a crew out to replace my water heater within about 3 hours. They were in and out in about 90 minutes, and did not leave behind any messes or other traces that they had ever been there.

On top of that, Chris was legitimately friendly and easy to talk to. I've had countless experiences on both sides of the customer service counter, and I'd like to think I can tell the difference between someone who is just trying to get their customer off the line as fast as possible, and someone who legitimately cares about providing good service. Chris falls into the latter category. I would happily recommend his company to anyone looking for reliable and fairly priced local service from someone who sincerely cares about their customers.

We love Browns plumbing. We have had them work at our home several times now. Completely opposite from Benjamin Franklin, Brown's staff are polite, professional, prompt, fair, and most importantly, honest. Their rates are fair and cheaper than pretty much any competitor with quality of work levels above their competitors. They are our first and only call for any of our plumbing needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family, and anyone and everyone who has any plumbing needs.

Had Brown's back out for some additional work a couple weeks after they did a good job on another project for us. Showed up on time, service man was pleasant to deal with, work was done well, and quickly. Also came in much less expensive than an estimate we had received from another plumber. Highly recommend!

Once again, I couldn't be happier with the work of Rocky at Brown's Plumbing, after he repaired a toilet at our home. Not only are they one of the most affordable shops in town, they do the best work I've seen in Wichita. I highly recommend Brown's plumbing.

Honest about the actual problem that needed fixed. It was not as bad as I was expecting! They could have "repaired" the issue that I believed was the problem and charged me alot more...I know plumbers that would have taken advantage of the issue and done just that. They also repaired an issue with the toilet that I had not discovered when I scheduled the service call. Very pleased with the service guys...very nice and very polite! I have dealt with service people in the past that acted like it was a big imposition to repair your plumbing problem. The company also quickly s heduled me in and I thank you for that. We were on a deadline and it was great that they worked me in on my schedule. Also, these were minor issues that many companies do not want to bother with. Thank you!
