Micky is awesome and a great asset to the company. He was very friendly and professional. He worked his tail off on a Saturday afternoon to fix my sewer drainage issue. I will use your services again when needed.

UPDATE: While Shane explained to me that the clog was deep in the pipe, was not food, and not due to my negligence, the property manager produced a bill on which Roto Rooter stated the problem was a food clog. I was charged for the bill and Roto Rooter would not discuss it with me (as I am only a renter) or have Shane review the stated cause. Either this was an inadvertent mistake or a way to keep the property managers business. Next time I would video the fix to have some proof of the actual problem. Once Shane left I had no recourse.
Original review: Shane, the plumber, was fast, professional and very courteous. He explained everything and I was very comfortable having him in the house. Very very impressed with this company!

I cant be more thankful seriously. Gabriel (i hope I'm spelling that right) was super great. He doesn't quit and has a positive attitude even when its in the single digits. You guys have always been super good to me.

Rico has a great attitude about his work. Was very quick to resolve the problem. His positive attitude actually lifted me inside. And made the rest of my day a better day!

Micky, our technician, did an excellent job. He worked really hard on our sewer problem, which was a horrible mess. He completely solved the problem in very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after himself and explained how he had resolved our issues. I would not hesitate to call Roto Rooter for any future plumbing problems and specifically ask for Micky.

Excellent service! Lance was timely, professional, pleasant and got the job done. The pricing was good as well. They came in the evening after another plumber had come late, was not pleasant and unable to complete the job. Wish we had gone with Roto Rooter in the first place.

Rico from roto rooter was amazing super nice very smart and fixed our two inch kitchen line in less then 30 min and was beyond knowledgeable in his trade I would recommend Rico every time thanks man !

Gabe stopped by late at night and handled a main line drain clog that flooded my whole basement! His customer service was A1 and he explained the whole process and the dos and donts to avoid this issue in the future! Highly recommend

Lucas S. was awesome! He came out quickly and was so kind. Nothing short of professional. He kept us informed throughout the entire pipe cleaning process and gave us helpful tips on how to maintain them after.

Backed up sewer line at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. They sent out someone right away! The technician, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing. Fixed our issue and gave helpful advice. Will 100% call Gabriel out again! Thank you!

RotoRooter was able to come out the same day I called. They were very courteous and completed the job within a short amount of time. I’ve had no issues since. Would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called Roto-Rooter this morning about a bathtub that would not drain. They were able to get someone out in a couple of hours. He did a great job, cleaned the mess all at a decent price.

Just had the sewer line cleaned out due to roots and was very pleased. Micky did a great job and explained what he was doing. He was very personable and efficient. Would definitely recommend using Roto Rooter.

Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly and almost backing up and they came out at 8:15pm to assess the situation. Micky was great and knowledgeable and super easy to talk to and fixed the problem! He didn’t rush even though it was so late in the evening and had a super positive attitude the whole time. I’d definitely recommend Roto Rooter!

Gabriel, the person who came out to clear my sewer was very knowledgeable! Very kind and patient!
He had his work cut out for him, but he got it done! And in the dark and 29* degree temperature.
The price was more than fair!!!!
And very honest!!! I had already been told by a different company my sewer line was collapsed.
And I told them that.
However, they found it was just plugged and did not try and take advantage of me!!!!!

Roto Rooter
The job was removing approximately ten square feet of basement floor concrete, replacing approx 6 foot of two inch drain line and replacing the concrete.
The whole process from the initial bid, scheduling and workmanship was above
expectations.
Tony, Kelly and Jeremiah did a great job.
Concrete removal is a messy, nasty job. Especially inside a home. These guys cleaned as they went and took there mess with them. Made my cleanup the next day much easier.

They kept me informed of their progress and had everything complete in about six hours. They were very professional and there plumbing was top notch.
Concrete was a little rough but their not concrete guys, their plumbers.
No one but me will ever see it anyway.

Phenomenal service. They were able to send someone out to fix our problem same day. Our technician Micky was exceptional, he was super professional and thorough. He explained the process to us in detail and answered every question we had. He made sure that everything was put back the way he found it, and made sure that he cleaned the areas he was working in thoroughly (we told him that he didn’t have to clean up, but he insisted which we thought was top notch). I would definitely recommend them. We will be using them again in the future if we ever have problems with our drains again.
