I have used Creekmore many times. Today I needed a new sump pump during the heavy rains, and they dispatched Heath within a few hours. They are a lifesaver! Also, Heath is always courteous, the work is clean, and he is extremely professional. I would highly recommend using them. Many thanks to them!!

Our son told us about Creekmore about five years ago. Since then they’ve become “the only company we’d call” plumbers for us and each of our three grown sons. All of us have had the same experience with them - professional, skilled, fairly priced and straight dealing.

We recently had them out to fix a problem with deteriorating rubber hoses on a 6-year-old hot water heater (installed by a heavily advertised competitor before we knew about Creekmore). Creekmore’s plumber explained the issue (easier to install rubber hoses deteriorate from the heat and start leaving black stuff in your hot water) and went to work to efficiently do the job as it should have been done the first time, with copper. It would’ve been the easiest thing in the world for him to replace those hoses with the same thing again, knowing that I’d be calling again in six years when those deteriorated too, not knowing there was a better solution. Instead he did the job right, charged an extremely fair price for the time involved...and we weren’t surprised by this at all. This is what Creekmore has taught us to expect from them. I’m just sorry I’ve lived here all my life and never knew what a local gem we have in this company!

I was referred to this company by church members because my hot water tank was leaking. I called and was given an appointment the same day. It was extremely hot that day but the service person (Mark) was on time and with his assistant, very efficient in the installation. They removed the old heater following the installation. The whole process took an hour and 40 minutes. The price was fair and less than another quote I received, I definitely recommend this company and will call them when I have future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Oh my, I can't say enough about this company! Absolutely wonderful! Technician came out first and gave me free quote and then he sent another Technician a couple hours later, Mark, and he did a simple fix and gave me his professional opinion on what I should do later if needed, I have never been more pleased with any plumbing company before. A huge Thank you!!

Called to make an appointment for a possible job and estimate. The company did a no call and no show. They had done my parents home a few years earlier and this incident left a bad impression with us.

UPDATE: Response to the owner. A lack of communication to potential customers isn’t good for a business. A courtesy call should have been given to the customer when realizing an appointment would be missed.

Lack of communication. don’t do business if it’s a small job. Canceled on our family the day of with a GIANT hole in the ground and said they had bigger jobs to do that day than to dig a hole.

UPDATE:
I told them on the phone I would do my best to dig but never said I would expose the pipe. Just like the last job they did for us, I helped dig and didn’t expose the pipe and they still came and finished that day. Not sure why this one would be any different. We are no experts, that’s why we called your company for help and guidance just for us to be left alone!

My family have used Creekmore since the 1960's. My parents used them for their house and our rentals. Now I still use the on my folks home, my home and the rentals. Last year I did a complete remodel of my home and they took care of me. I moved the washer and dryer to a new location, re-plumbed the kitchen and the bathroom. My house is particularly challenging as it has a concrete slab foundation. After we took out the tub for a walk in shower we also had to put a new spigot out in the garage as the plumbing had previously been located under the tub.

As with anyone, we have had a couple of glitches and mistakes, but Creekmore always works with me to make it right. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is decent.

One time I tried a different plumber due to timing when Creekmore was fully booked. They were a major hassle and they tried to charge me $650 to clean out the drain on my bathroom sink and tub. They said that their tool might get broken so I had to pay for that. It took them four hours to do something Creekmore had done in less than one before. I had a friend open the house for them. They even had me take off from work to go get a faucet in case they broke mine. Their cost was highway robbery. Then they didn't need it and I had to return it! I negotiated them down to $425, but still felt overcharged. I won't state their name but they are known as the Punctual Plumbers. I have never had any other company charge replacement cost of a tool that "might", but didn't get broken. Tools are a cost of doing business.

Creekmore would have charged one hour as they did before for the same sink and tub, which was less than a quarter of what I paid the other guys.

They work great with my tenants. I give them their phone number to schedule work with. My tenants think they're awesome. We even have a busted pipe when a tenant used a hose in below freezing conditions. I braced for a huge bill. It was only $147! They only charged what needed fixed. Creekmore is awesome. No wonder they have been in business since 1948. We trust them in our homes whether we're there or not. Never had a reason not to. Great company!

I don't write many reviews but I rely on them when making decisions. This company is well worth my time. Our water heater went out and we called Creekmore based on a recommendation from family. Before I knew about them, I had called two other plumbing companies (both of which have never returned my calls). No games, just great service. Duane was very helpful. We told him we were considering replacing it ourselves and he said to call him if we had any questions! lol Then, he said, "I'll tell you what we charge and you can let me know." The price was MORE than reasonable and included removing the old and the cost of the new tank. It was what we expected to pay at Home Depot for the tank alone! It's easy to see why this company has been in business since 1948. What would have taken us 4 hours and a lot of Google research, he did in about 30 minutes. Very impressive.

Creekmore made a error installing a recirrculation pump on my hot water and it cost me another 480 dollars to correct it. Steve at creekmore did not want to make things right or cooperate in a adjustment to thier error on install by another plumbing company that fixed the poor plumbing practices. filed BBB and another review on yelp. hope this keeps other people from being ripped off from this company. keep away from this company and warn others to do the same.

I am an interior designer so I deal with contractors, sub contractors and repairman all the time. When I took on the job of helping my best friend remodel her master bathroom, I had no idea how schizophrenic the quotes and service reliability would be in Wichita. Creekmore Plumbing was the last plumbing company we contacted for a quote out of six. We could not believe the pricing and the timelines we were getting to redo the plumbing for her bathroom. After speaking with Steve at Creekmore, I had a gut feeling they were going to be the right crew for the job. Steve came out the next day, quoted us within 24 hours and had his crew here on-time to start the job. His team was patient, professional, clean, highly-skilled and extremely good at their job. We loved them so much, we had them quote my friend's other home outside of Wichita which they will be starting this week. We can not thank Steve and his wonderful group of hardworking guys enough!!!!!

Creekmore is beyond excellent. When I was having a commode replaced, Creekmore unboxed it and found a small flaw in the base. I would have never noticed it, but he did. He wouldn't install it. Boxed it back up and drove to get a new one. Everything about this experience was incredible. I got the feeling that this plumber was extraordinarily detailed and precise about the entire installation. My highest recommendation goes to Creekmore plumbing.

Gabe came out to look at our shower which was leaking. Gabe identified the issue and advised he could repair it with no issues. Gabe was asked to look at our kitchen plumbing as well while he was on site. Gabe quoted out the price to do all repairs and this was reasonable cost in total. Gabe was clean, quick, and respectful. Gabe explained what all he did to complete the job. I will suggest family and friends use Creekmore in the future.

Installed clean out in my basement !!! Mark arrived on time, and worked quickly, efficient and was very nice. I recommend them for services in the future.

I've relied on Creekmore Plumbing for years on all of my properties and private residence. They've always been great at being responsive and explaining what the problem is and the most cost effective route to take. Prices are fair, service is quick and the customer service has always been excellent as well as being friendly. What's best about this company is that it is family owned and has been around Wichita for years. I'd rather keep my money local rather than the big companies with high overhead too!

Called them about our sump pump. They were able to come out the very next morning. They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly. They solved the problem quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. The charges were reasonable. Very happy with their service as I've always been the 3 or 4 times I've called them with a plumbing issue.

I've had them do work for my grandmother and myself several times. Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy technicians. Office staff is great with communication too.

We were very pleased with our service today. When I called to book the receptionist was very knowledgable and explained pricing. Our plumber Tony arrived on time, did a great job, and stayed to make sure the problem was fixed before he left.
