Brad and Levi just finished replacing our hot water heater. Very professional, very kind. They were able to make the schedule work to get out here within five hours of the complaint being received by our home warranty company. very grateful for them! Highly recommend!!!!

My upstairs toilet had a flushing issue and the basement one wasn't working. The plumber found the real problem, the sewer system was clogged with toilet paper for at least a few years. He took the time to unclog it and stopped a major problem. I recommend 100% as he has been the only one who cared enough to find and fix the real issue.

We've had HM Plumbing come out several times over the years through our American Home Shield coverage, and every experience has been great. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and respectful of our time—always arriving within the scheduled window. They diagnose and fix the issue quickly without any hassle. We’ve never had any problems with their service and would definitely recommend them to others looking for reliable plumbing support!

I have a home warranty that uses HM for plumbing. I had what I thought was a leak. Turns out the sewage line was blocked. The first 2 guys came to the home and was not able to help with the issues. Then they called and had Brad come out the next day. He was able to clear the sewage block. He said that should take care of it if not they would have to do a camera. A few days later I looked and the pipe had a water drip and water was coming in from the wall. I contacted my warranty and they said HM would come back out. I got a text from HM asking the issues and let them know that Brad said they would have to do a camera. They said they would have to hear if my home warranty would approve it or not. Here it is week later I get i formed that HM told my warranty that the job was completed. When talked to my warranty they day before I was told HM would contact me. So not sure if I got this treatment because I have the warranty or what but was not impressed.

I found HM Plumbing through my home warranty and what a find! They are fantastic. Responsive, effective and quick.

We have used H&M plumbing a couple of times and they have always done an excellent job. They explain the repairs needed and why, then get the job done right. This last time Justin and Rex came out to fix our shower, now I can take showers in my house again! Thanks guys!

We had a water leak in our basement bathroom that was difficult to find
The tech was able to troubleshoot and determine where the leak originated. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

We have had several jobs done by HM Plumbing. We have found them to be knowledgeable, fair & patient. Their staff go above and beyond. I also like how quickly they respond to texts! Such an efficient means of communication. We will recommend them to friends, family & strangers.

They've worked with me through my home warranty. And they did an outstanding job. They walked me through the whole process and helped me with any issues I had. They stayed late to help me with the plumbing problem I was having. I did not know that this was a blombing company.In wichita, but I will be using them for issues in the future.You guys are awesome thank you.

The guys were on time, identified themselves, got straight to work, and got the job done quickly. They were very respectful and cleaned up their mess. We have been blessed to have HM Plumbing before through American Home Shield and they have always been very professional.

Tried to tackle what I thought would be a simple repair, but quickly realized it was above my paygrade. HM Plumbing sent out the right man for the job- friendly, hardworking and skilled at his craft. Fixed the issue and saved the day. Would recommend their services to anyone else in a similar predicament.

Extremely frustrated dealing with their unprofessional manner. My father’s water went out so I contacted American Home Shield that referred this company. My father is basically bling and can not text. All communication was through text and each time I called the company they ignored or missed each call but responded with texts. After explaining my concern that them not answering calls but responding over text made me worry about it possibly being a scam. The company expects payment of hundreds of dollars before even doing or looking at the job so my concern is very valid. I explained that it was weird that they don’t answer calls but will text and then she instead of calling chose to laugh through text about the fact that I was worried it might be a scam. Extremely unprofessional and feel sorry for elders that cannot text will not be able to use their services.

I refuse to pay for a service for hundreds on dollars when the company cannot make a simple call back and then laughs at the customer.

No hot water for a few days… put in a service request through AHS and Justin and Rex came out and got our hot water heater fixed in no time!!! Great customer service and response time! They went to grab a part from their warehouse and were back within 30 min. Will definitely reach out again! Thank you both!!!

I would avoid this company at all costs! Our warranty company assigned HM and it was a mess from the start. First NO customer service! They texted me for details and would not respond when the day and time they requested didn’t work for me. I had to call them 5 different times for information and they NEVER once called me back! The tech that came over tried to unclog the pipe for 10 minutes before giving up and starting that I will need to have a clean out installed in the basement. He left a huge mess of ruined towels, water under my sink and didn’t even reattach the pipe all the way! I went from having a kitchen sink that worked if you were gentle to no sink or dishwasher the week before Thanksgiving!!! The report to the warranty company took three days with me calling and leaving messages each day (that they never responded to). When that was approved they said they couldn’t get back to me until Tuesday (which I only knew from having the warranty company get ahold of them!) I called another company that came out right away and fixed the issue in 30 minutes!!! Oh and I did already have a clean out which HM never even checked!!! Call Reaper Plumping instead!!!
