The toilet in our RV was clogged and on a Sunday I booked an appointment on their website. They were out the very next day and fixed everything. I was so grateful and would highly recommend them. Technicians were very professional and worked hard to make sure drains were completely cleared 👍👏

I called on a Saturday with sewer flowing through my basement. The sewer was actually backed up in the city's line. No charge. That is a great indicator of excellent customer service considering Roto-Rooter had expenses involved with a city's problem, and did not pass the cost on to me. SIX STARS, and I'll continue to call them. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

I had a clogged drain, and called one of the competitors to come out and try to clear it. 3 plumbers and a water mess later, they couldn't get it unclogged and quoted me a repair in thousands of dollars to break the floor and replace the pipe. I'm so glad I gave Roto Rooter a call instead!
Tom came out much more prepared - using a shop vacuum and towels to keep the mess to a minimum. He got the drain unclogged in under an hour. He ran the camera through to show me the pipes and explained how it got clogged and how to prevent it from happening again. Roto Rooter saved me thousands of dollars, I couldn't be happier!

Bought my first house and within the first week of home ownership, the main drain was clogged. I had nasty water blowing up in all of my drains. I was certain it was a major issue with the house and going to be a costly repair. Enter Mickey and Richie to the rescue! Poor guys cleared out about 20 pounds of roots from the drainage pipe in the freezing cold with a smile on their faces. I could even hear them laughing! They were very professional and helped me get a more realistic picture of the problem and the future maintenance costs. They were also thorough in inspecting the system beyond the present issue to make sure there weren’t any other apparent problems to be addressed. I couldn’t be happier with this service and the cost.

I called them at 8 AM and our drain was unclogged by 10:30 AM the same day! That is service! We have been using Roto Rooter for over 30 years now and it's been owned by the Farmer family this whole time. One thing that is impressive is a lot of their employees have been with them for 20 years plus which I believe is pretty uncommon in the plumbing/drain cleaning business. Why would you use anyone else?

I rarely ever write a review but thought this was deserving. We had a clogged line. It was a Friday night and I had removed the toilet and tried what I could but couldn't unclog it. Decided I would call Saturday morning to see if someone would come out. I tried another reputable service first, and while they came out promptly, the cost was just more than I could live with. I tried Roto Rooter next. The lady who I talked to, who was also very polite, gave me an idea of what it would cost and said they could get someone out within the next hour. Even with having to pay for the service call of the first service, the total cost was going to be under half. Not sure how that other service can have many clients with that kind of pricing, but just glad Roto charged what I felt was fair. The technician called within the hour saying he was 5 minutes away. He was very polite and had the drain unclogged within a matter of minutes. I hope I don't need to call again, but if I do Roto Rooter will be my first call. Thanks to the tech Will and Roto Rooter. Great service.

Shane was dispatched to the house we are selling to video the sewer. The buyer's drain company couldn't find the cleanout, so we were concerned there wasn't an outside cleanout to access the sewer and would need to add one. Shane searched and searched until he found the cleanout in a flower bed behind our house. He wasn't giving up until he found it. He was very professional and did a great job for us.

Roto Rooter has amazing customer service. Got me in quick. Tom is absolutely amazing, the technician that came to my home. He works fast and does it right! Will never use any other plumbers.

Another local plumber tried to clean our sewer line and got their equipment stuck in our clean out. They said our sewer pipe had failed and in order to get their cable out and run a new sewer line the cost was going to be $5,500! After 10 days of getting the run around and now having sewage in our yard from the cable being stuck, I called Roto Rooter to see if they could help. They sent out Brian the next day. He took one look at it and thought he knew right away why the cable was stuck. He thought that the plumber who had been here before was inexperienced and got a ball of roots caught up that was too big to retrieve. He said he thought he could get it removed in less than 20 minutes. They got to work and sure enough he was able to get it unstuck, removed from our sewer line and clean the sewer line afterwards! They were done with the whole process in about an hour and a half! They packed up and the bill was less than a third of what the other company wanted to charge me to replace the whole thing! I am a customer for life! Thanks Roto Rooter! You saved the day!!!

Micky did a GREAT job! I scheduled this appointment on a Friday afternoon and Roto-Rooter was on site at my house within 2 hours! Micky did a VERY thorough job and even Camera'd the line to make sure there were no other obstructions. Thanks for your help!

We have had Roto Rooter for over 35 years. One of the most memorable times is when I had been in a car accident and was in the hospital. I called from my hospital bed and they took care of the issues and assured me not to worry and Pau the bill when I was able.

I highly recommend Roto Rooter. It is refreshing to experience an honest company that puts the customer first. The service personnel are excellent. They are punctual and the quality of their work is top notch. I recently had sewer problems due to tree roots. It looked like I was going to need a new sump pump too. The sewer line was cleared and the employee cleaned up the mess made. I made an appointment for a new sump pump. Today, two servicemen came to install the pump . They found that the pump needed its line cleared and then the pump worked. They could easily have installed a new pump but were honest and told me the old pump was working fine once the line was cleared. Our family has used Roto Rooter for over 50 years. and their loyalty, honesty, friendliness, and expertise are the best.

I called Roto-Rooter after I was charged a ridiculous price ($560) from a different company. The person whom I spoke with on the phone was friendly and after speaking briefly stated that a technician would be in contact with me about our situation. They called not even 10-15 minutes later. Keep in mind I had called them around 7 p.m and was surprised with how fast their response time was, I had a toilet where the clean out was clogged and needed to be drained.

The technicians on site communicated effectively and kept us up to date on what task they were doing. I wish I would have gotten their names because they were really great! They got the job done within 45 minutes to an hour and even put lining down to keep the area clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs services.

We had a quick response - he had been here before - gave us our 15% discount because it had been a year since we last had it done. Was quite clean. He gave us a good report on the line. We had a problem with one of our stools flushing. He put in some 'pink stuff''. Said wait 30 minutes and then flush. We have had no problem since. Great job.Very clean. Good job.

The service we got was nothing more than amazing.

My husband and I have had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the issue when we had a minor leak, only for them to push the issue off on gouting and a cracked tub.. as the issues got worse we decided to try someone else instead of always calling our warranty. my mom suggested Roto rooter and they have done more work and put in more effort to fix the issue than the other two did combined.

I'm greatful for them and their determination to fix the issue enough to stay late. Thank you so much! You guys have saved me from so much stress and headaches, it's great to be able to use our water again!

From now on, Roto rooter is the only plumber we will go to when issues arise.
And I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Jacob did a very nice job on the hot water heater. Our hot water heater had lasted 15 years and was still going strong but we wanted to get a jump on it just in case. The installation was done quickly even though there was no emergency. I do not write many reviews but Roto-Rooter went above and beyond. As a side note, the family owner's are pleasant to talk to. Good job.

Called them on basement drain issues, and had them clean up both the sewer line and the basement drain line. (which I had not had cleared since they put in my seamless line almost 20 years ago....yea, it was time for a cleaning!) A really nice young man (I THINK his name was James) showed up and within an hour had me all set! Prompt, friendly, quick, accurate, what more can I say? Knowing I have folks like these to handle my issues gives me great peace of mind. VERY happy customer.

Had a great experience with Micky. He told me what was wrong and how much right up front. He even cleaned up the mess because of the clog. Very polite and personable. I would gladly give him and the service he provided a 10.

Courteous and professional. They were one of the only companies to return my call within the hour. Scheduling did their best to accommodate us with water backing into our finished basement even with half the city calling. They sent Brian and Jeremiah out to help us. The guys were respectful and clean while working. They made an effort to be clear and upfront about the work and showed us everything on the cameras.
