This is the 2nd time Kelly and Tony from Roto-Rooter have 'saved us from the floods' in two years, each time doing a difficult job in a cost effective manner (this time when the insurance provided folks couldn't). Both of them are polite and professional (as was the dispatcher on the phone). They are customer-centric tradesmen that are proud of their work; we were lucky to have them twice!

My rental company couldn’t get my drains cleared so they called Roto Rooter of Wichita. They got every single drain in my place wide open in less than an hour. My technician Micky is a professional in every sense of the word, he got my drains open, he was very careful to not make any mess whatsoever, he was really friendly to both me and my dog.

10/10, 5 stars, best service you could possibly ask for.

Drain Cleaning at our house was accomplished with utmost professionalism and courtesy by Mr. Chris Hare. He explained the problem and did a great job on drain cleaning. We highly recommend him for his work and professionalism.

I recently had a job done, Tom and Nathan really fixed me up!! They had so much knowledge about anything I asked and had such a great attitude about it! I would voice my opinions and all they had was open ears! I had to call again to voice another concern and they sent out Logan to my house, he was exactly the same! So nice and courteous! I recommend all 3 of those guys from roto rooter! It's the only place I'll ever call again for my plumbing needs!!! Thanks Tom, Nathan and Logan for being so great to me!

Today was supposed to be a very hard day. But then my maintenance man stepped in ,and called roto rooter of Wichita for me, and Gabe came and fixed all my pluming needs. I mean he didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly. Thank you so much Gabe for caring about my family even when you could have just did your job and went on about your day. Thank you.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. Kelly showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and after I asked about it, he didn't try to up-sell me on having the drain checked out with a camera - which would have cost more.
He unclogged the drain and advised what we should do to prevent clogs in the future. All this was done in an hour. We're very impressed!

We had called on Friday about getting our main line cleaned because of roots, and they worked with us on setting up an appointment revolving around our pay day, which was Tuesday. We had requested an appointment after 4pm, due to work, and we were told that they would try to get a technician out on Tuesday night, but due to staffing, it may have been pushed to Wednesday.
We were ok with either, and really appreciated the honesty.
Come Tuesday, just before 4pm, and I get a call telling me that a technician is on the way.
Chris, the technician that Roto Rooter sent out, was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way. Didn't try to sell me things we didn't need, just cleaned our main line, tested it and cleaned up after himself.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and would highly recommend.

Phenomenal response time. Great pricing and efforts taken to not only perform great work, but trouble shoot the actual problem and discuss solutions to help long term. Rocky was excellent and very professional. They have earned my future business. Great work!

I hired Brown’s Plumbing to do all the plumbing on my new construction house. They have been very professional, attentive to our wants and needs, and do phenomenal work. Through the process I have met multiple crews and they are all extreme friendly/knowledgable.

While they were out wrapping up a few things with my new construction I was talking with one crew member about a leak at my mom’s house. He was eager to go over and help locate the leak. He found it, and we had a bid from Brown’s the next day. They were able to schedule the job for the following day and had crews out first thing in the morning.

I would HIGHLY recommend Brown’s for new construction or repairs. You will not find a company more trustworthy, friendly, or more professional than Brown’s Plumbing. I will be utilizing them for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a plugged kitchen drain and called Brown's Plumbing Services. Rocky & a co-worker came to our home and replaced some pipe & cleared the drain. Rocky was most informative and very polite for such a young man. He certainly knew his business and was very professional. Yesterday morning I franticly called Brown's Plumbing with a sewer emergency. I had taken the day off and had a different company cancel their appointment an hour before they were supposed to show up. Chris was nothing short of amazing and was able to squeeze me in! Although they were packed with appointments that day, he sent Rocky over within an hour to help me out. Rocky was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and was able to clean out our sewer line successfully. I can't express enough gratitude towards Chris and Rocky! Jayden Andersen and Tyler Boor came out to finish a water line issue we had at my home. The original fix was part of the problem, but the root of the issue was further back than we thought. These men found the issue faster than I expected and got the fix in place super quickly. They didn't mess around and got to work ASAP, and finished promptly. They were amazingly nice guys as well. They explained things to my wife and I in a manner that was easy to understand and also were comfortable enough to share some laughs with us.

I will 100% utilize this company for any other plumbing needs I ever have in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Also, Jayden and Tyler were incredible. They are a credit to themselves, Brown's Plumbing, and the plumbing profession as a whole.

Nick arrived on time and provided quality service. Very professional and friendly attitude. He was able to explain everything clearly to someone who doesn’t know plumbing vocabulary. I will call again when the need arises!
