Absolutely super experience with the folks at Brown’s Plumbing Services. Chris took the call and explained the cost and job perfectly. Rocky and his teammate arrived early and patiently waited for me to show up as I dealt with a family emergency. The job was completed super quick and expertly and I’m super pleased. Thank you again so much for being so professional and courteous.

Really happy with the service from Brown’s Plumbing Service. I had a pretty big issue and they got back to me quickly, showed up on time, and were super easy to work with. Drake explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and there were no surprise costs, which was a big relief. They also made me feel that my little jobs are just as important as my big ones.

They did solid work, cleaned up after, and just made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely a company I’d call again and recommend to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

I would recommend this plumbing company over any other one in all of Wichita! They have done multiple jobs for our property (really big ones) and the owner is maybe one of the nicest people I have ever met! Their prices are fair and they seem to really know their stuff when it comes to anything plumbing! Give them a call!

I had a great experience with Brown’s Plumbing Service! I called and they were able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. The plumber was extremely efficient. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, and got straight to work.

I had attempted a DIY plumbing fix under both sinks in my bathroom that clearly needed professional help. He fixed everything quickly and correctly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

We called Gotta Guy after hours and they were here as quickly as they could be after finishing a job they were already at. Matthew and the two young men arrived and were so kind, professional and ready to help us. A quick sump pump replacement and they were in and out in less than an hour. We are very thankful for Gotta Guy and the quality service they provided us!

I just had my tankless water heater replaced. I really appreciated the professionalism and overall customer service. I felt like the pricing was fair and transparent. It's my first time using this brand of tankless, so fingers crossed!
