They were quick to get me on the schedule, on time and thorough. Tabor was the young man who serviced our home. We highly recommend them.

I called them after 8:00 AM this morning with a rusted out water heater. By 11:30, my new water heater was installed. Tabor was my technician and he did great! He explained everything very well.

Simmons arrived on time per dispatch. Both techs were professional and knowledgeable. Addressed our drain issues quickly and provided long term best practice to prevent future drain issues. Job well done!!!

Due to bursting water pipes,I contacted Simmons Plumbing. They were able to come out promptly due to the urgency. The pipes were outside and even in freezing temperatures Tabor and Keaton made the repairs and got the water restored! Even if I knew about fixing Plumbing issues I would call the professionals at Simmons Plumbing!

I've had some plumbing issues before and have had other companies come out, but Simmons Plumbing has been the best by far! Came out on a weekend for a water heater issue and they replaced it with ease. Amazing customer service, family friendly, and Veteran friendly. Top notch in my books! I will be using them for any and all plumbing needs from now on.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Simmons Plumbing. I called them out for a stopped-up toilet. They ran a snake through the toilet and charged me $1,200. Just a few days later, the toilet was backing up again with the exact same issue.

When I contacted them about the problem returning, they said I would have to pay another service fee for them to come back out — even though the issue was clearly never properly fixed the first time.

For that price, I expected the problem to actually be resolved, not temporarily patched. I feel like I paid a premium price for a quick fix that didn’t last. I cannot recommend a company that charges that much and doesn’t stand behind their work.

Very frustrating experience.

I called Simmons plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They did a fantastic job. Keaton and his partner were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They put down tarps and wore foot protection to avoid getting debris in the house. Very well done all the way around. I will use Simmons for future needs.

I'm so grateful! We have a family we are helping after the loss of a loved one. We are trying to keep costs down all while providing some excellent customer service, we had an issue that could have been very costly. Keaton and Tabor cam out to the house and found a way to get the job done right and still keep our customer's budget in mind! I'm definitely going to call them back again! Terrible communication. Jacob gave me an estimate of $600 based on 3-4 hours of labor and materials. I figured it would be the materials and the actual 1 hour worked, therefore it would be less. I was wrong apparently. Wouldn't have balked so bad if he had actually explained that it was a set price. He never mentioned that and I signed no contract.
He also apparently didn't tell Brad and the other guy anything. They showed up the next day and within 12 minutes, left to go get parts. They came back about 40 mins later and I checked their progress and they were doing different stuff than Jacob told me they were going to do. So within 10 min, they leave to go get parts. Again. Just no communication and lots of disorganization. Brad and the other guy did an alright job, so that's where the 3 stars came from. But I will likely never use HM again. I learned my $600 lesson.

I paid Brad and other guy $450. After they left when they were done putting in replacement pipes, crooked, but that's not a huge deal, it began leaking immediately upon use. I called. Jacob called back. He was really pushed out of shape that I didn't pay the full price and was pretty condescending when he explained it wasn't an estimate. He then said he'd send someone out the next day to snake the drain. Which was great. Thanks for that. Scott came out the next day and informed me that he couldn't snake it because the pipe was probably broken. He also said you all could fix it for $1350. I said thanks, paid him another $150 and he left. So yes, you did get your $600 and I got another plumber to fix the pipe for $400. Not sure what a phone call would do at this point. I'm sure I'll be fine, just want to let you know, I definitely did pay the whole $600.

On time, found the problem quickly, replaced the pipe and faucet and stopped the leak all within an hour. The only issue is that no one has contacted me about fixing the hole in the ceiling created with fixing the leak. Bill Lee

HM Plumbing Services exceeded our expectations. Within 24 hours, we had a new garbage disposal installed. We were impressed with the young man's professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business and will continue using for future issues.

I strongly recommend you use a different company for your plumbing needs. Two people from HM came to my house to repair a toilet. After they left, I discovered the toilet still had the same issue. When I called to tell them about the problem, I was told the parts would have to be ordered on Amazon because they don't buy replacement parts locally. The person I talked to from their company told me it would be another week for the parts to come in and that the issue was not a priority because it was "just a toilet".

So here’s the story. My water heater went out so I called my home warranty company and they told me HM Plumbing would be doing the job. I was told by warranty company that there would be additional charge for extra work and to contact HM. So I did and was told about the extras. Like every home owner I was shocked and upset. So Jacob told me he would eat the cost of the extra work after I had left a bad review. So after Justin and Rex completed the job I started to understand why the extra cost was there. They went above and beyond on completing the job and even fixing things that should have been done the last time the water heater was replaced. Thank you Justin and Rex for your hard work and thank you Jacob for being a good business owner and trying to make things right even though you might of lost out on the money you deserved.

We used our home warranty through AHS and they sent out HM Plumbing to fix our leaking garbage disposal. Scheduling was an absolute breeze and they were able to come out the next day. The technician, Bradley, and his partner were phenomenal. They knew exactly what was wrong and were able to fix it extremely quickly. Not only that, they even went above and beyond by sweeping and cleaning up the area they worked in. Most companies just come out, do the job, and leave, but these guys were top notch. Knowledgeable, honest, and kind. 100% would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Ashton in the office was extremely helpful and informative, the technician was polite, efficient and clean! Very good experience.

Justin and Rex did and outstanding job at my place today replacing a sewer line. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work! Great fellas as well!

I just wanted to state that I had a very positive experience with this company. We had a hot water tank go out on a Saturday (01-13-2024) morning. Scott with HM Plumbing returned my call and was on his way to install a new hot water tank within about 15 minutes of my call. Very professional, courteous, and fair priced. I could not have been more pleased with his service and would highly recommend HM Plumbing to anyone having plumbing issues.

Never finished the job broke and left the reaming stuff on the ground. Also not what I thought the finished job would look like. Left pictures of what it should of looked like. Called sent pictures to the manager with no call back at all.

Justin and Rex came to my house for some plumbing issues through American Home Shield. They were both so friendly and very thorough on checking out several minor issues I was having. They were quick, courteous and very helpful in explaining plumbing things to me. They left all of their areas clean and tidy when leaving. I would definitely use HM Plumbing again and would gladly request Justin and Rex, a couple of great guys. Keep up the great work!

Dispatched service through my HBPP for a few kitchen plumbing issues. Ashton contacted me soon after. My technician was Scott M and he was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and polite. He fixed all the issues. Fingers crossed no more problems. Happy customer :).
