Justin and Rex came out to repair my water heater. They were polite, professional and thorough. The job was complete to my satisfaction in minimal time. Would recommend these folks to all my friends!

I called my home warranty company and in no time HM called to set up an appointment. After getting a denial from home warranty one of the technicians came out with an apprentice I believe and in no time had the issue fixed. The only problem I’m having is a sewer gas smell when I use the sink. Everyone was extremely polite and I appreciate that!

Tech was very professional and polite. He did a tremendously thorough installation in a very short time. You could certainly tell he had done this once or twice before. Scott came out to look at our water heater and lines as we were thinking about replacing them due to not having done any preventative maintenance on them and looking to be ahead of any potential problems. Scott listened to our concerns and thoroughly assessed our heater and lines. Scott recommended we still had some life left in the heater and found no immediate concerns. Scott also gave us a very reasonable quote for replacement for when we found it time to replace it in the future. Scott was very knowledgeable, thorough, transparent, and very honest. HM will definitely have our plumbing business moving forward! Give them a call, you’ll be happy you did!

Our hot water heater went out on a Thursday. We have AHS as our Home Warranty company and they contacted HM Plumbing. We contacted them and they said someone could come out the following Tuesday. 5 days without hot water! They asked that my husband send photos of the water heater. From those photos, they "diagnosed" we needed a new water heater...duh. They also said we needed an additional $610 worth of uncovered parts. They refused to even come to the house to see the water heater until they received the $610. We have a newer home and knew the additional parts would not be needed. We ended up canceling the claim and opted for the cash in lieu from AHS. Another plumber came out on Monday and replaced the water heater for ONLY the cost of the water heater and labor. He said all parts and fittings were up to code and still in perfect working order. To cap things off, HM told our warranty company that they DID come to our house to diagnose the issue and we lost our $125 service fee. HM Plumbing seems awfully dishonest and takes advantage of your situation. Another family member had the same problem, but they paid HM. When they got there, they discovered my brother-in-law didn't need a part they had already paid for. HM was not willing to refund for said part because they had already been charged. If you work with this company make sure you get a second opinion.

All-around great experience. Had a leaky water heater. The customer service side was excellent, Ashton was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Brad was our tech; very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

Over the years, we’ve had multiple plumbing issues, as most homeowners do, but HM Plumbing has consistently provided reliable, high-quality service. Nothing they have fixed has had issues again. Their attention to detail and commitment to fixing things correctly the first time truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

HM Plumbing is the best. They are honest and very reasonably priced. We had some issues with one of our pipes not draining correctly.

We called HM Plumbing and I am so thankful we did. It is nice that they text you when the plumber is on his way and even send you his name and picture so you know who to expect. Justin and Rex came to our house and were able to fix the issue with our pipe within an hour. They were very nice to work with, and you could tell they were knowledgeable. They were happy to explain any part of the process and answer questions we had. HM Plumbing turned a stressful and potentially expensive plumbing problem into an easy fix. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We will definitely call them again for any future needs. You can tell that they really care about their customers and want to do quality work. I called HM for a second opinion & quote after Ben Franklin had given me 3 quotes at $20K, $15K, and $9K.
HM quoted $4K for what needed done and assured me that while the additional work could be done, it wasn't as critical as BF made it seem.
Justin and Rex completed the work quickly and even found an unrelated leak and repaired that while they were here. The final cost was $3K (less than the initial estimate!) with no pressure or sales pitches. They were professional, honest, and made sure to treat my home better than their own. I will be using HM Plumbing from now on. Thanks, again, Justin and Rex!

Called about a blockage of our floor drain for the washing machine. HM Plumbing had a man out the next morning. In and out in less than an hour. Floor was left cleaner than when he came. Can't say enough good things about this company.

So very professional, nice, and easy to deal with. The technician Brad came out the very next day, took care of everything while being so friendly. It was such a good experience I cannot recommend this company enough.
