Travis is old school mindset of wanting to help people. I've had a couple of occasions where I've called and had to have service which is always beyond friendly, professing and fairly priced and another couple where I've been told I didn't need to pay for service since x was wrong and this is how to fix it.

I had an example today where my garbage disposal stopped working.
Travis talked me through how to know if the unit had gone out and how to fix it if it wasn't.

Hey presto I fixed it myself with some basic handyman work and saved $250 vs calling a different plumber.

I referred my neighbor to Travis recently and will continually send more folks his way.

They came to stabilize a shower head and just mud and taped it ... so they had to come back out was 5 days late to come fix it after I stopped the original check then they came back out cut a hole to fix the problem didn’t repair the hole but that’s not even it they broke my shower head that I just bought and didn’t even tell me ....
