Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Great showroom, with a variety of products. They installed and service my HVAC system, as well. I will definitely use and recommend them, again.

I called two other places. But Superior Plumbing was the most reasonable in price. The bonus part is that Billy, the plumber that installed the garbage disposal was professional and friendly. He wasted no time at all and got it done without any problems.

I used Superior Plumbing for a year. I do not recommend. They have very questionable billing practices. eg: They will leave a job unfinished, to return the next day charging another service fee. They also push for unneeded repairs, with one recommendation being to re-pipe my entire property. It was a simple water heater issue. When I tried to dispute their charges, I was met with very unprofessional behavior

I was charged 219.00 for installation of a small bathroom countertop. They scratched both walls requiring a repainting. I was trying to choose the most cost-effective route and NEVER was it mentioned they had such a hefty labor charge and how long it took to complete. I was looking at complete replacement vanities which would have been much cheaper but they reassured me this would be better. Total cost was 549.75.

Give these experts a call for any of your plumbing needs. They are fast, friendly, and do great work! The first time I called them was when my hot water tank went bad and began to leak. They were at my house in no time to diagnose the problem and install a new one. And most recently after noticing a sharp increase in my water bill, I called them again and they again helped me diagnose the problem (a leak between the water meter and my house) and get it fixed, for much less money than I would have expected such a big job to cost.

Our plumber was on time, friendly, efficient and out of here with a smile.

I called Superior Plumbing and spoke to Greg about our water heater being out. He was very friendly and said he would check on a propane heater and call me back with a quote. He called back shortly with a quote and said they could be out the next morning by 8:30. I received a call from the tech around 8 and said they were on the way. The techs were very professional. The heater was in the basement and they had to come in the back where it was kind of muddy. They laid down drop cloths so to cover the carpet. When the job was finished you could not tell anyone had been there. Everything was cleaned up and the old heater was hauled off. I would highly recommend using this company. Very satisfied customer! !

My shower faucet broke and stopped working so I called Superior Plumbing and they had a technician out the next day. He was very prompt and worked quickly. He replaced the valve and the faucet and in less than an hour. He was thorough and explained what had happened and how he would fix it. Highly recommend them!

Billy Sherman completed my service and he was exceptional. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I even told him I could wait until tomorrow, but he wanted to take care of it today so I wouldn't be concerned about it until he got here. (Give that man a raise)
Btw, he had to replace our sump pump. I will highly recommend them to everyone, and absolutely call them the next time I have a need.

Not a company I would trust. They said my plumbing wasn’t to code and scheduled to fix it. I called twice to get the code, but they couldn’t provide it. Then, they canceled the return visit.

Professional, polite, listened to my needs and concerns, cleaned up after and competitive price. Very happy with the service!

Their Service rep called me to let me know that they were on their way. Within 1 hour of me receiving the call, I had running water in my home. Billy did and excellent job and was very professional. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Two years ago the hose/sprayer assembly for our Roman Tub Faucet sprung a leak. I went to the local plumbing store where it was purchased, and no one seemed interested in helping. I then went to Superior and Steve was able to find/order just the part I needed so I would not need to replace the entire assembly. And I fixed it myself!

Fast-forward to 2024. The same issue occurred with the hose/sprayer assembly for our kitchen sink last month. Instead of having the entire unit replaced, I went directly to Superior plumbing where Steve found/ordered just the nozzle assembly. And I fixed this too, thanks again for saving us $$$.

We just had another fantastic experience with Superior Plumbing! Billy replaced our sink faucets, our showerhead and repaired our toilet. He is always a pleasure to work with.

Our plumber was Billy Sherman. He was very thorough and professional. We threw some extra things at him while he was here, and he did them with a smile. He was also able to figure out a couple of things that other plumbing companies were unable to fix. He’s our guy from now on!

I scheduled an appointment for a plumber to come out at 12:30 on 7/11 and took off work for the appointment. By 2:07 no plumber and no phone call. I called the office and spoke with Greg. He stated that the plumber was still at the job prior to mine and the homeowner wanted extra stuff done at the last minute so the plumber stayed to do the extra work. He stated the plumber should be done and heading my way in the next hour and he would call when he was on the way. At 4:01 still no call no show. I called the office again and spoke to a woman who said she would take the message and have the on-call person call me. Just FYI, they don't close until 5pm. By 4:30 i called the office again since still no call no show. I spoke with Greg AGAIN who said the plumber still hadn't left the previous job and they wouldn't be coming out. I advised Greg that i will be sending him an invoice for my lost wages because now i have to get a different plumbing company out and take more time off of work again since his plumber didn't show up for the appointment and NO ONE called me to let me know. I had to continuously call them to find out where the plumber was. All he could say was "I'm sorry. There's no excuse". "I'm sorry" doesn't replace my lost wages. Do better!

Had them repair our kitchen sink faucet. The wrong part was sent by the supplier but that did not deter them from getting the job done for us ON THE SAME DAY. They went above and beyond, worked late and got us taken care of. Billy is a great plumber/tech and you should be extremely grateful to have him on your staff. Great job and thank you!

They replaced our hot water heater and did an awesome job. They were prompt and very happy with their work. Repairman did a great job and cleaned up the arena nicely. Highly recommend them.

I utilized Superior Plumbing after being referred to them by my good friend Chad Daniels who is himself, a very skilled and capable dental industry service technician.
Superior sent Billy to our home to install a hot water recirculation pump into our existing line. Billy was super courteous, polite and friendly. The job was done professionally and with the highest quality materials and workmanship. I will be using Superior (and Billy in particular) for my plumbing needs going forward. I can see how being a 3rd generation plumber in his family, has made Billy a great choice!
