Maury came to inspect my leaking water heater and submitted the request to my home warranty company. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He explained things very well.
Up to this point, I've only paid the service fee as I have a home warranty so, cant answer a lot on cost.

Faucet was leaking, of course right before Christmas. John came out Monday the 22nd had to wait for approval from warranty company and was out Friday the 26th finished. Have other projects ready for them to come quote. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very pleased with my experience with Butler Plumbing, I have worked with them more than once. Everything Butler Plumbing repaired has been running smoothly ever since. They are knowledgeable and have been able to explain any repair in a way that makes sense to someone with no experience in this field. They are personable, polite good customer service is hard to find these days. So is finding a company that does want to charge you an arm and a leg or overcharge for things you don’t need but it makes them more money.

He clearly explained the situation and options, and the crew handled the cleanup and drying efficiently and respectfully. John did a great job in repairing our commode and two sinks. He was very cordial and helpful. John has extensive experience in plumbing repairs. He unclogged our commode and replaced parts in two of our sink faucets.
