Paid $75 dollars just to tell me my switch needs to be replaced and he couldn’t replace it because home warranty wouldn’t let him. Now I have to pay again for someone else to come out! I’m mad

Had a water main break just outside of the basement foundation wall. Water had leaked into the basement. I gave Maury from Butler Plumbing a call. He was out quick to look at the water main. He mentioned that they had a restoration division. Maury called Adam. Adam was out with a crew in a few hours. Got the water in the basement taken care of. Put in all of the required equipment in to dry things up. Adam was very straight forward. Kept me updated on moisture levels etc. very professional. Maury had the water line replaced in a few days. Some rain slowed down his replacement of the water main. Trenchless by the way. Yard still looks great.
