Always use Butler. They are great, never have to wait long for work to get done. Very professional and friendly. Tara that answers the phone is wonderful. Always very friendly on the phone and does everything possible to help you quickly. John is amazing. Always on time and never have to clean up after him. We want no other to come out to our house. All the other workers are great also. Morry is another amazing worker. They all go the extra mile to help you.Thanks for all you do!!!!

John was a pleasure to have in solving our plumbing problem. He fixed an unusual issue with creativity and efficiency. Friendly and skilled. We would not hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommend!

Adam was great. He explained everything in detail before they came out and kept in touch all the way up to the appointment. They were so friendly and did a great job making sure everything was done professionally and up to code. The pics are a before and after while they were finishing up.

Very good service on repairing leaks in outside faucets. Rebuilt the faucets for about 1/4 the cost of installing a new unit.

They have fast and friendly customer service, I also love that they have a stocked parts counter and a beautiful showroom!

Paid over $160 for an hour of work. Overnight, found that they caused a different problem. They refuse to work with me and my work hours to come fix the problem they caused. Very disappointed in this Wichita company. Terrible customer service. Impossible to work with. Do not choose Superior.

Called for a gas line pressure test, they scheudled a date then the day of stood me up and said they had a no show worker and couldn'tget anyone out for a week. Then they tell me they didn't understand what i wanted and they needed to pull a permit and re scheduled. Then a week and a half later they call me and tell me they cant pressure test something they didn't install and cancled the appointment after waiting a week. They delayed my entire project. Thanks for wasting my time.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Residential or commercial plumbing, they can do it all and will do a quality job. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet and they genuinely care about their customers.

Thermostat stopped working, they sent their guys out the same day!! They told me what time they would be there and the guys were in my driveway 10 minutes early! Same thing with my water heater a couple years ago, i would reccomend this company looking for quality, expierence and a crew that is acty on time! Thank you superior!!
