Fantastic Place. I had a problem with my building and Mr. Northcutt was driving by and he ran and got a part, and the leak was gone. A truly nice guy, and a truly wonderful family.

About a month ago, I encountered an issue with my bathroom. The owner personally discussed the problem with me and quickly sent Justin out to handle it. The repair was completed efficiently, and I haven’t had a single issue since! This company is incredibly kind, humble, and professional. Their prices are great, and they took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and solution. Highly recommend!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. They are incredibly unprepared and unprofessional. We had Zach install a tub for us, which he cracked during installation. He also showed up late to the job and had no tools or equipment for the job. He did not take ownership of damaging a brand new tub and told us it must have been our fault. After digging into this company we also discovered they were operating without insurance and shortly after their license was put on hold. Terrible communication and no respect for their customers. Save your money and your time and go with someone else!

They were early. They called/ texted before they showed. The tech did exactly what I needed plus a little extra and did not charge me for it to make sure the house was safe

Don't do business with this company. They pay their employees with bad pay roll checks and will not make it right with the companies causing their employees to be at risk of being sued. Shady company and business owners.

Justin came in for my water heater replacement and told me that they will give me one year warranty for parts and labor other than manufacturer warranty on water heater, I did not receive any warranty after sending many reminder, I will suggest to pay only once you get what is quoted.

Need some one from the company Duttton construction to get back to me, I call number listed on google for company, no answer....
I’m very unhappy with the fact that your employees use my property to dispose drain waste living debris of residual concrete, destroying the Grass and using the lot with out my consent for almost a month. City of Wichita state they never granted you permission for anyone to be trespassing a private property, Need owner of the company or representative to get back to me. SAP
This is unacceptable.

Promised to replace sprinkler heads they broke. After 3 or 4 times of them telling me they were going to, I ended up paying someone else to replace them. They also did a horrible job repairing the damage after doing some city work on the side walk, would not trust them to work on my house.

Justin was easy to work with and contracted us to work on a new home they were building. Once complete, they failed to pay and are being taken to court to pay their bills now.

Jeff and Nick came out and installed a new faucet at our office, and they did a great job, were very professional, and pleasant to talk with. I appreciate their prompt service. Brand Plumbing is highly recommended. Thanks!
