Our water heater went out overnight, and we called Boyer Plumbing Inc first thing the next morning. They responded quickly and had a technician out the same day to assess the situation. When it turned out the heater needed to be replaced, Boyer Plumbing had a new unit in stock and scheduled installation for the very next day. Bryce handled the installation, he was friendly, professional, and had everything up and running in no time. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Boyer Plumbing Inc for any plumbing needs!

I was concerned about my sump pump & called Carr's to check it out. They said it was "running great!" No need to replace (it was 20 years old!) We've had a LOT of rain this spring/summer. I didn't hear it come on. Called Carr again & they replaced the sump pump. Several days later my crawl space flooded, my kitchen flooded & I needed a new floor. Restoration people came out, reported to me (and) on the evaluation sheet that the sump pump had NOT been plugged in! I had 6-8" of water in my crawlspace!!! Carr charged me for the clean up and rerouting pipes to drain outside. My insurance company tried to recover (at least) my deductible but Carr said, it's my word against theirs even though it was listed as "the problem.". So, Carr wins. Just be careful if you decide to use them. I suppose the pipework was done well.... I won't know until the next big rain.

When you have employees in a marked company vehicle blocking traffic with no control devices(lights/sirens) then when asked what he's doing I was told "Mind my business were moving equipment, go get a job" as I'm on my way to work being blocked by him in the roadway.

Colt and Josh were incredibly helpful and friendly. They repaired my shower wonderfully, and I am very happy with their work and professionalism. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

The best plumber in the Wichita area, I have never seen a company respond as fast as this one. They can handle every kind of plumbing need that you have. If its a new build or you are remolding an existing one. They will take care of the customer first and foremost so that they are happy. I would highly encourage to call them and see what they can do for you today.

Colt came and cleaned my main sewer line. He was polite, efficient, clean and wonderful. Great customer service. I really appreciated his punctuality and knowledge- will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future!

Lifesavers!! Had an incredible experience with Carr's plumbing! We were without water for a day or so, the city came out TWICE and couldn't figure out what the issue was. Then Carr's was able find a solution within the hour. Kodi was a very professional young man, didn't hesitate to dive right in and didn't stop until the job was done! Thank you Carr's we will definitely be using you guys in the future!

Kyler and Mike came out to my house. The response time was so impressive and their communication was astounding from the get go. I didn’t feel worked over and I felt very comfortable having them in my home which is a lot to say as a female who lives alone!

I learned so much about how everything works in general. Would highly recommend. They got my AC back running in no time at all and it was NOT a simple fix. Awesome.

Our project was a whole house remodel, gut to the studs and start over job. Carr’s did a fantastic job. Our HVAC company said that when they saw the job the plumbers did, they knew we were expecting perfection. We would highly recommend.

Christian was absolutely amazing!!! He called and came a day earlier than expected! Got my plumbing fixed in less than 45 minutes. He is the Best!! Explained to me the entire process. I loved loved the fact that he used this tool that prevents the snake from causing any damage to the walls etc. Great idea! Thank you, Christian!

Had them snake out main line several times. The younger plumbers had no clue why it kept clogging. Finally called in someone with experience. Had to get our main sewer line replaced. They were the most reasonably priced but left an absolute mess of our back yard. Over a year later and we are still finding pieces of the old clay pipe in our backyard.

I called on Friday afternoon, they were out first thing Monday. Worked perfect with my schedule.

Colt was awesome. He replaced a flange and got it set to the proper height.

Had the pleasure of Christian helping us out with a plumbing issue. Not only last minute, but after 8:00 on a Friday night. I heard his kids in the background as he called to let me know he would be here soon, I couldn’t be more grateful! Very courteous and professional, took less than an hour! Highly recommend!!

Recently had another plumbing company out prior to hearing of Carrs and received an estimate that didn’t seem logical so I posted on Facebook for referrals of reputable plumbers and received numerous recommendations for Carrs plumbing. Andrew Semple from Carrs came out the next day and was able to give a simple solution for 1/4 of the price of the previous estimate. Michael and Brad came out soon after and completed the job in less than 2 hours that I was told from the previous company would at least take a full day to complete. I highly recommend Carrs Plumbing. I had a great experience and a job well done

I normally don't make reviews but here I go on this one. I use this plumbing company two times before, had no problem whatsoever until now I called them out to unclog my sewer line. Only thing they inform me was a part they put on my sub pump they handed me a bill of almost $700 I was shocked and surprised you could not even read the bill no itemized statement whatsoever. I was totally floored. I'm thinking to myself I am on Social security disability this is crazy. So I called the office to speak to someone no nobody never answers the phone you have to call back several times and then when I finally got someone they pulled up my bill try to tell me I have not paid my bill which I paid it, I even told them that the guy had to run it through two times because he act like he didn't know what he was doing the second time it went through it says successful with the check mark before all that I asked him did he want me to write him a check he said the last house he was at the guy asked him the same thing but he has to learn how to do this. He finally got it it says successful with a check mark I explained this to the owner
Okay here we go my first time in my 64 years of life I met a Karen the owner's wife she's going to get on the phone and tell me what I need to do I need to do this I need to do that with a serious attitude I told her I don't need to do anything and you need to lower your voice and calm your attitude when I was talking to her husband he said that he would credit me $200 now here goes the kicker 11 days later my sewer line is clogged up again he said he would come out and charge me the $200 that he was basically giving me he was going to take it back where do they do that at here Go part 2
Ms Karen had to call me the next morning apologizing for all the ruckus that she started cuz she's Ms Karen that they found the money how did you find money that wasn't lost in the first place I will never ever use this company again which I have recommended them to two other people one time they didn't show up one time they were really really late so now I have to save up money to get the sewer line redone again which I've already paid for so I think all the people that's on their page they gave them five must have been friends and family a very unhappy customer.

Talk about a team! I used Carr in my Business and home.
Scheduled Gas Leak appraisal on a Saturday after gas company said there was a possible leak, and they completed the entire job on a 77,000 sq.ft facility and resolved the issues with the Gas Company. Showed back up Monday morning to meet the Gas Company rep and sign off on all issues as resolved.
When I called them to use them in my home, changed out my Hot Water Heater in two hours, 50 gallon!!!!

Love these guys! Under the management of Dana - his technicians installed a much needed new air conditioning unit. They were not only professional and efficient, they were courteous, respectful of my home, and arrived on time. In the future, I will retain Carr’s as my “go to” air conditioning service company. Called Carr's plumbing today on a Sunday because my lines were backing up. Justin O was sent out promptly and fixed the issue. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up after him self. Will defiantly be using them in the future if anything arises again.

Christian serviced our old toilet and gave us professional advice to replace it to avoid future problems. He was available earlier than scheduled, called before coming, and was courteous and friendly to work with. We will definitely use Carr’s plumbing in the future and will recommend them to our friends.
