We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We wanted to update our sink and depended on them to make a decision on the type of faucet to use. The installation was done quickly and done very well. They are friendly, professional and cost efficient. We will use them for our future plumbing projects. Justin and Anthony were our plumbers.

Thank you so much to Justin and Anthony of Carr’s plumbing and maintenance! My water heater suddenly stopped working and I was out of hot water just as winter is starting here in Wichita. They were contacted very late last night & they were able to come this morning to replace my water heater. I appreciate how professional and quick they were in removing and replacing my water heater in such a small space without any complaints. They called to let me know they would be heading my way before hand as well as letting me know what was going on while they were at my house. Again very professional and helpful! Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a Plummer. Thank you again Justin and Anthony!

Michael & Brad did an awesome job. They called before heading over, explained everything they were doing, and got the issued resolved in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend Carr's Plumbing as the place to call to take care of any issues you have.

Excellent company! Their employee Jacob kept me informed daily about my sewer line replacement and explained everything. He was very professional and explained the process well. I thought their pricing was fair, job was done on time and they cleaned up the area very well. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and I will certainly use them in the future

We thought our home sewer line was clogged by roots and contacted Carr's Plumbing (for the first time). They were very responsive and sent someone out quickly. This was a major problem for my family, unable to use any water as it would flood our basement.
Christian was the service tech that responded and was VERY profession, courteous, and had a confidence that put us at ease. Everything was explained to us and at one point, we had to call city services to clean out the main. Christian was present when they arrived and made sure they understood the situation.
We've contracted with Carr's Plumbing to replace our sewer.

Price was fair, timing was great. Colt came by at 11:00 on a Saturday night and got us going until morning when he came out and fixed our issue. Showed up on time and went above and beyond! He even came by when we called him late one night just to do a quick fix on our water heater to keep it running. No charge! Great company definitely recommend.

Michael and Brady came into Cellular Sales Verizon and completely took care of a plumbing leak we had in the lady's room. It turned out to be a bigger job than what was anticipated... They quickly got the parts they needed and did what was needed. They were so quiet and efficient... They were awesome.

We are extremely happy with how efficient they were and sooooo friendly!!!!

We'll definitely be calling them again and asking for Michael and Brady specifically.... They were awesome!!!

When coming out the first day, nick and Patrick were very helpful. Pointed me in the right direction for the best cost! The second day when they came out to install the parts, it was less than 45 minutes to unhook and hooked back up and to make sure everything went smoothly afterwards! I truly rate them a 5/5 !

I had been without water for 2 days as my regular plumbers were not responding. I called Carr's and they had someone out that afternoon. Michael and Brad were very friendly and professional. Kept me informed of every step they were doing. I would highly recommend and they are now my new plumbing contractors.

I called on Monday and they were out Tues morning! I had faucets leaking, supply lines needing replacing, and a bad shut off valve for humidifier. Colt was able to do it all in a that day and I am very happy with their quick response. The price was very reasonable.

Carr ‘s replaced the internal ball float system and cutoff valve and line on one toilet and replaced the cutoff valve on another. The workers were polite and efficient. Removal and installation of parts took 35 minutes. I was told there was a flat fee of $165 when I called to schedule the repair. I thought this fee would be applied to the repair. To my surprise, my bill was $450. The invoice did not break down service and parts. It simply stated service and the amount billed. I had not had any plumbing repairs for a long time so perhaps this is the going rate. I was just surprised by how expensive such minor repairs were. Hopefully these repairs will last a long time.

The guys that came out to 320 North Millwood yesterday to fix our water line that had busted in a incredibly small crawl space We're very professional polite knowledgeable and didn't even mind me being nosy about what they were doing very good group of guys I do apologize for not remembering all their names only I can remember the time is Nick and the lead plumber was here the one that his wife has the dog rescue and animal rescue him and his wife anyway Top Notch screw guys we appreciate your prompt service and the ability to get it done in a timely manner you guys are awesome keep what you're doing.

Your drivers with the trump sticker can't drive. 0 blinkers on a highway. Did 3 blind lane changes from fast lane to slow lane and slow to fast on the highway, and cut in front of 2 people on the highway. I was driving a trailer and was white knuckling clinching my driving wheel because of how eradicate and bad the driving was. No one should drive a company truck that way. If you want to keep you trucks and materials good reprimand terrible behavior like that absolutely horrific driver.

Carr's saved the day!!! Our original plumber backed out at the last minute on a total bathroom gut job. They arrived when promised and were very knowledgeable.Old house, old plumbing, lots of issues! Colt and Josh worked tirelessly to replace all the plumbing in the house. Very responsive to issues and finding solutions. Will definitely use again when we remodel the kitchen and would absolutely recommend.

After receiving quotes from 2 other companies a friend recommended I contact Carrs plumbing They were able to go out and give me an estimate that was about $1,000 less than the other two had quoted. They were able to schedule my repair timely. It was a difficult repair on old pipes and they did it with minimal cuts through the back of cabinets. The work looks fantastic. Shout out to Justin and Matt. These two did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend this company.

Carr's Plumbing is now my go-to for any future plumbing needs. Michael and Devon showed up on time, were very professional and personable. They showed me exactly what was wrong, promptly took care of the issue, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Could not be more pleased with their service!

Colt was awesome!!! (Rental property) Came right after I called and had the sink issue resolved within a hour from the time i called. PRICES ARE GOOD TOO Great to work with and his care for the customer experience was thru the charts great. Lee came and plumbed my house several years ago also and he was amazing and very funny. I've been using Carr's for over 1 year and a half now. They've helped me out with ruptured pipes in our crawl space with over 25,000 gallons floating under or house, replacing outdoor faucets, repairing a clogged washer drain, and more recently after hour repairs of a leak in our attic. They've handled all projects with great experience and showed up on time as promised every time. I've worked with several different plumbers under the Carr brand and they have all been nothing but phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small.

This summer, we had an unfortunate event at our family business that’s been around since 1961. When people hear the name, Connie’s Mexico Café, you immediately think we are rolling in cash. Just like all restaurants, we are struggling. So when we had Carr’s plumbing come out, they gave us two options, a cheap one and an expensive one. Obviously we chose the cheap one and a temporary fix. One gentleman understood the assignment and provided the cheap service we needed to get us by And it was what we asked for. However, Mike decided to take matters into his own hands and give us the proper draining that was needed and apologized for the first service of a temporary fix. That’s not what we wanted and that’s not what we could afford but yet we were still forced to pay $2200 for something we did not ask for.
We later found out that Mike thought it was someone else’s property and that’s why he went ahead and dug two holes for drains. There was a big miscommunication in their part and we should not have been penalized for their mistake.
My family restaurant means the world to me, and I have dealt with many Businesses for repairs and maintenance, many contractors as well! I have never experienced anything like this before! Our family restaurant is hurting, and this is unacceptable!
I’m gonna do whatever it takes to make sure this is properly resolved starting with Better Business Bureau! But I wanted to leave a review on here to prevent This to happen to another struggling business.

Couldn't put in the sink they said would work great, so we bought it. Cut my counter, sink didn't fit, messed up the laminate, had to call a contractor in to fix it. And Carrs won't give a refund. Have to take them to court.

The gas company punctured my water line and Carr was out immediately to assess the damage. Justin was our tech replacing all of the line and he did a great job! He was very efficient and very friendly. They have my business for furniture issues.

Just used them again for a broken water line at my new home. Still amazing and efficient! Was without water for only a day. I have had friends use them as well with same great experience. I'll never use anyone else.
