My hot water tank went out. I called Mr Rooter at 8:00 am and a technician arrived at 10:30 am. Prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable technician and my new hot water tank was replaced within a few hours. This was on a Saturday. Truly 24/7 service. I will most certainly use them again.

Lucas came, he was so courteous, friendly, knowledgeable on everything When he got here the yard was flooding, the basement was flooding, he just took over and explained what needed to happen next. He took away all the worries. Found the problem, called restoration company, they came 15 min after his call, he scheduled the dig for new water line for Monday morning all in one evening! Checked our hot water tank, found issues with that and we decided to replace that, he replaced that today (next day). This really is the best service ever we’ve experienced with any company in recent years. Thank you Lucas!

I'd give 10 stars if it was an option! Had sewer in my basement during the Christmas/New Year Holiday. Contacted another company that left me with a horrible mess and did not correct the problem; they never returned my multiple calls (wish I could share their name). Mr. Rooter responded in minimal time, tech was professional, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Mr. Rooters Team kept me informed, they were so nice! Exceptional service with Mr. Rooter! They came out within 24 hours to install faucets and check my leaky sinks. Lucas Seacord was professional and friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t “sales” me at all. He was honest with his multiple recommendations and completed the job I needed very well and timely. He even left me a card to follow-up for any need, I did and he responded personally and returned the next day to resolve it.
And all of this after I received a quote for the same work from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for THREE times what Mr. Rooter completed it for.
I will only be calling Mr. Rooter from now on!

Mr. Rooter is such a reliable company! Especially Lucas, he is a fast and efficient technician. Our water pipe was frozen solid from the night before, but he got it flowing again just like that. Highly recommend their service!

He didn’t try to upsell us- I think another plumber may have ended up costing us more money. He did a great job replacing our faucets and repairing our shower.
