Having a roof replacement from tree damage was a daunting task. The entire process from dealing with claims, stress engineering, reviewing your homeowner's policy coverage, not to mention hiring the right professional can be a very long process.

My initial contacts were with Patrick Mosley from Rhoden Roofing. What made the process better and ultimately my decision to choose Rhoden Roofing, was Patrick's willingness to help answer all of my questions and concerns, guiding me through the process involved in designing a quality new roof.

Along the journey in between the claims process, Patrick and I would discuss code provisions and ensuring my new roof was built to last and up to code. We made a few additional appointments to carefully review a stress evaluation concern I had, and even discussed topics ranging from the claims process, code provisions, and the latest in roofing materials.

When the time came to install the new roof, the process was fantastic. A few more shout outs to Zach Goldberg, for having to duel with a difficult claim, and to my project Forman named Brian and His Crew lead by Angle as that team went to work and to Haylee in the office as that team was able to plan and knock out my project in one day. Congrats all around.

In closing, I cannot say it enough how helpful Patrick Mosley was during each step of the process. He embodies customer service, and I've learned a lot about roofing in general thanks to him and I greatly appreciate all the attention I was given from our initial contact, to addressing all my concerns, until the project completion.

From the first inspection to the roofing itself, Rhoden Roofing was thorough, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. We were well- informed during the entire process. The roofers themselves were organized and hard-working, didn't play music too loudly, and didn't yell + swear -- a problem we've had with other companies. As a result of hurricane force winds on June 17, we lost shingles from our roof, which resulted in rainwater entering our home. A call to Dave Bennett at Rhoden Roofing was met with quick response and he sent out a team to tarp our roof temporarily to prevent further damage until repairs could be made. From start with Brayden with initial inspection and working with our insurance, Hailey keeping us in the loop regarding scheduling, to Jose R. and his installation team who knocked out the entire reroofing project in one day and clean up of the property it was a great experience.

We had Patrick out to inspect our roof. He was very thorough and I could tell he’s done his homework. He even got in the attic to make sure he knew the full story. He didn’t rush through anything and patiently answered my questions, breaking things down in a way that even I could understand. Based on what he saw, he encouraged us to file a claim with our insurance. I’d highly recommend giving him a call!

I worked with Brett. His crew was fantastic! We had our roof installed in a day. They were very professional and did a wonderful job with installation and clean up. We did have three window screens out of 26 that were damaged and Brett had them rescreened within 24 hours. I can’t sat enough positive things about this company and Brett in particular.

Definitely will be go to for all our roofing needs!!! We had an unusual roof issue of a commercial roof on the back of our house that meets with a normal house roof....as most roofers refused to touch it and was pricing us outrageous prices for just another patch job..., Rhoden gave us a roofer who specializes in commercial roofs and was able to come up with a way to fix our roof and stop the leaks once and for all!!!

Overall amazingly efficient and high quality work. Only suggestion I have for improvement is that in the case where we need to use Nextdoor neighbors driveway PLEASE communicate this IN ADVANCE so I could have gotten advanced permission. Next door neighbor ‘s car was blocked into her garage and it was very stressful to get trailer moved nails policed etc to enable her to get to work on time. Carson was helpful in calling the roofers to get them to move the trailer, and also in providing neighbor with a door dash gift certificate. Thanks for a job well done

I had the roofer come out to inspect a couple of my rental properties as well as my personal home. He did a very detailed and thorough job, taking the time to look everything over carefully. He provided clear recommendations along with quality photos to back up his findings, which gave me confidence in his work. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and the effort he put into making sure I understood the condition of each roof. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy roofer for inspections or repairs.

We absolutely love our new 50 year roof!
We realized our existing roof was over 30 years old and it was time to have it replaced. We asked for recommendations from several building contractors We hired to remodel our kitchen, bath and siding. All of them gave us a list of Quality roofers in Wichita and Rhoden Roofing was on All the lists! After getting inspections and quotes from other Roofing companies we called on Rhoden Roofing and it was the best thing we could have done! We called Rhoden and spoke to Patrick about a inspection. He was out within a day to look it over. He was very personable and friendly and showed us all the samples of the Roofings that they provided. He gave us a list of homes they had done in Wichita so we could inspect the work and the look of the Roofing they had done in the roof we picked out. Within a day he had a quote for the roof, the new exhaust pipe coverings, and installation.
Rhoden wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but was absolutely the Best and highest quality for the price! Patrick introduced us to Haylee who set up the time for Michael their crew chief and their crew of top notch roofers to come out and do the job. Haylee, Pat and Michael did an excellent job of keeping us posted as to when they would be here and exactly what and how the job would be done. I was Amazed how quickly and CLEANLY the old was removed and the new put on! Even the County inspector said it was one of the Best jobs he has seen.

Had them do a couple patch jobs on my house. They did an excellent job and the sales rep was great. He went up and put a temporary patch over one of the holes that I was most concerned about until they could come out and do the job! Top notch IMO.

Haven't had the new roof installed yet, but I've have been so impressed with the company, it's process and the employees thus far that a review now is necessary. I will update this as my experience goes.

The Sept 3rd hail storm did some damage on my siding and roof. I choose Rhoden because it's excellent reviews and word of mouth recommendations.

Background- I closed on my home on June 2nd this year and am located in Indian Hills. During my searching and buying process, Rhoden sent inspectors to come check the roofs on a few homes I was interested in for free. I was beyond appreciative. The salespersons were all punctual, kind and I could easily tell they are well studied in their craft.

After I was able to schedule an estimate for the Sept 3rd damage, which could take a week or three (good companies are busy), the salesman Patrick M found where the flashing around my chimney had a leak. Pat was kind, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I believe he was titled salesperson of the year for Rhoden. I have had wonderful communication with him and the company. A quick shout-out to Tia as well, who usually answers the phone when I call the company, who has a great sense of humor and jovial disposition. Pat is also coming over here soon to patch the flashing around the chimney temporarily till the roof is able to be replaced. Pat has given me an in-person, detailed rundown of the damages, and the breakdown of the insurance/monies side of the process. The information appointment was comprehensive and easy to understand

So far I feel supported, my issues cared for and I look forward to seeing how the rest of this process goes. I will absolutely be recommending Pat and Rhoden Roofing to anyone who needs quality and that little extra bit of amazing that great companies have to show each customer they're well cared for.

Rhoden is amazing!! Extremely professional, friendly and just all out wonderful to work with. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and friendly. The crew is quick and efficient, cleans up beautifully and are all about getting things done. I would use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Jordan and his team were exceptionally professional and did a great job on the roof. His team worked quickly and we’re very professional in dealing with and cleaning up after the service was done. I definitely would recommend them to anybody getting a new roof or a roof repair

I didn’t know how to approach the storm damage on my roof. My concern had to do with whether I would get a fair shake from my insurance adjuster. After talking with Chris about my worries, he volunteered to come out, get on my roof and give me an assessment. After finding damage, he agreed to meet the insurance adjuster during his inspection to ensure he found all the damage. After the inspection, the insurance company agreed to cover the repair costs and I just had to come up with the deductible and depreciation on my old roof. When Noah came out with the team, they were fast, and he was thorough and courteous. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. Now I have a great looking new roof and no complaints whatsoever… Thanks Rhoden!
