Codi Martin arrived on time and was one of the most professional inspectors i have ever met. The difference maker on why I chose to use groundworks over trasher was because he slowed down and spent the time ti actually walk me though the project and process. Very respectful and patient Thank you codi I'm excited to get this work done.

Big shout out to Patrick for getting me a deal on my houses foundation repair. He got everything measured and explained my options to me. He even answered my calls when I had a couple quick questions about our contract. The crew that came to work on my house was Brogan, Aaron, Caden, and Devin. These guys got the work done I was intially quoted for two days but they were able to finish it in one. They even worked with me when I had concerns about the vegitation around my house. These guys know what they are doing and are doing it good, I definitely recommend these guys!

Brent and Rick were great! Very professional and thorough. Rick came and discussed install layout and procedures. Brent after doing an annual service inspection, sat down and explained what they did and made sure I understood the process. Would definitely recommend them!

We had 4 different spots that needed leveled around our house. Our driveway had sunk 4 inches. Groundworks did a great job getting us leveled out. Codi did an excellent job quoting and explaining the process and was very communicative. Zech, Jacob, Keith were the team that did the work. They were kind and professional. They took the time to explain the new drainage system to me and walked me through how the warranty would work—especially helpful since I may sell the home in the future.

Jose, William, and Jace showed up promptly and did a great job installing our sump pump. They salvaged what they could of the wall studs and paneling for re-use (as we requested) and cleaned up their work area very well. Jose walked us through what was done and how everything works at completion. We are very satisfied with their work.

Hi, Len and Magic and the other members of the team whose names escape me at the moment were the best. Len understood my past experiences with another local company that did such shoddy work and the stress of losing so much because of them and he was very empathetic to my situation and did everything possible to make this experience stress free. He told me what was going to be happening and brought me down a few times to show me and explain the process. He was very patient with my questions and his knowledge was very comforting to someone who didn't know anything about the whole process. He was also a very good leader of his team and they all worked so well together and they worked very hard. What a fine group of guys and I would recommend them to anyone and, God forbid, if I need more work I would request Len and his crew and would wait for his availability because he is that good. Please share what an asset he is with your company.

I had a great experience with the crew that waterproofed our basement storage room. Matthew, Bryce and Josh were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Discovering we needed major foundation work for our basement walls was overwhelming and stressful. We wanted to ensure we made the right decision for our home, and after our experience, we are so glad we chose Groundworks.

• Met with four different foundation companies to compare recommendations and pricing.

• AJ visited us for the initial estimate—he was professional, friendly, and honest.

• We were offered updates and photos throughout the day to keep us fully informed as the project progressed.
