Hunter Wilson set an appointment to inspect our roof free of charge. Hunter and help showed up in a timely fashion, completed the inspection and gave us an A+ rating. All for FREE! Huge thank you to Naing. From the first message I sent, he was on it. He’s one of those people who actually listens, explains things clearly, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering him with questions. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. If you need anything involving a roof, just go straight to Naing. You’ll be taken care of the right way.

Yesterday, we had a guy named Steven came to our door and wanted to inspect our roof. He asked all kinds of questions about our insurance, etc.. I had a sick child to take care of and he kept pressuring me to let him on our roof. The answer continued to be “No”. He wanted me to contact him later, I finally had enough with this guy and company and shut the door in his face. My husband viewed the interaction on our surveillance and was unhappy over the high pressure tactics this Steven tried to do.

I’m going to say this…Stay off of our property after this unprofessional high pressure tactic.

UPDATE: Again today, Steven came to our door to try and get us to use this company.

Yesterday on a Saturday 10/26, a chubby guy came up my porch and tried to get me to let him climb on my rain soaked roof for an inspection. I politely told him I wasn’t interested. He came back today with a coworker and told me that he was up the street and whatever. Bunch of bs noise he was talking and I was much more stern and told them to get out of here. Why do you guys let your team get treated like crap on weekends? No one wants a roof inspection on their weekend (or whenever we don’t call our insurance) so please get your people off my porch. Also, don’t send them here with a second person the day after I tell them to scram. Bad business choices

Jordyn was great! She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it! She had such great technique, gave quality work and just absolutely quality inspection! Definitely would recommend her to my friends!

Your men keep coming to my home, ignoring the ”No Solicitation” clearly posted on my door.
Offering a roof inspection is STILL soliciting.
Please look up the word solicitation in a dictionary and explain it to your employees. Then stop bothering folks with a No Solicitation sign.

Great experience. Brenden was awesome & definitely looked out for our best interests. We really appreciate all his hard work. The roofers were very easy to work with, as well.

Caine was great to work with. He had gone above and beyond to help us battle against our insurance claim. He was timely, responsive, detailed and overall great at his job. I cannot recommend him or DHI enough.

Jaiden from DHI Roofing is basically the superhero of shingles. He showed up on time, explained everything in normal human language, and made my roof look better than it has since the house was born. Fast, honest, and zero chaos—can’t ask for more.
Highly recommend Jaiden… unless you enjoy leaks, then by all means, ignore this. 😄

Sheri and Caine were very nice to work with. The final bill was very close to the original estimate. The work was done in a timely manner. The crews were professional and did a good job. I would recommend DHI to friends and family.

DHI, Joshua Hull was very helpful when working with our insurance and getting our roof covered. The crew they brought in to replace our roof was very timely and ensured all work was completed and everything picked up before they left the job!

Amanda did an inspection on our roof. She was professional and knowledgeable. She proved to be very transparent and trustworthy. It has been a great experience and definitely deserves a five star rating.

I understand needing to market to get business but littering someone’s neighborhood and property with your business cards isn’t the way to do it. At least buy door hangers that won’t blow away in the wind. Littering is one of the most disrespectful things you can do to this earth. And to place these cards on everyone’s porches after a rain storm is just screams sleazy. Poor first impression for someone that’s wanting to get business.

Cain and Brendon were awesome to work with! After initially being denied the claim by insurance they went to bat for me and were able to get everything approved! During the whole process they answered all my questions and were always good at communicating with me! Awesome company to work with.

Amanda was very professional and ethical and possessed a friendly demeanor. She patiently and clearly explained all details of billing et cetera. Unfortunately we had to decide against getting the roof replaced at this time because I lack sufficient funds to pay my deductible at this time. Nevertheless I recommend DHI Roofing very highly for honesty and ethics.
