Reached out for snow removal the day of service. He was able to come out within hours and cleared our driveway and sidewalk fast. Did a fantastic job! I highly recommend!

They did a excellent job. If I I had questions they would answer them with no problem. Their rates are great since I am on a low income but needed some tree work done. They left the property nicer than when they arrived. Did not damage our house when cutting limbs over the house

Rates tree service does a great job. They are reasonably priced, professional, meticulous, honest, prompt and pick up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal service.

I gave a deposit, they never showed. Would not return my phone calls.
Had to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

They did a good job. Paid in full, they supposed to return to finish hauling large tree trunk and grinding stump. Will not respond to calls or text.

I hired Moore's tree service to come over and he remove a tree that's on my mom's property they came over did an excellent job with a fair price kind and courteous I definitely recommend them to anybody

They gave me an estimate and they agreed to return the next day to sign the contract. They never showed up at my house as promised and they didn't respond to my calls and messages!

We have been waiting 2 weeks for them to show up.
They did a great job for our neighbors across the street and thought we would get good service as well.
The only time they communicate with me is when I call them or text them.
I get some stuff comes up. But each time I have been told they would be here tomorrow. I was even told twice that they would be he in an hr and nothing.
We paid them 350 upfront because they were suppose to be here the next day. Maybe this is where I went wrong and paid upfront.
No we have to hire someone else to do the job.
The wife is very friendly which was nice but I feel like she just keep telling me what I want to hear. We have asked for a refund as well and each time we asked she said no we will be out.
Now I have to figure how to get our money back or something.

Moore's tree service went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done. Robert worked with me directly and was very helpful and professional every step of the way they are the only people I call now when I need work done.

I would give them no stars if I could. They took us for a $1,500.00 and I knew better. They showed up one day for about 2 hours and removed only one branch and hauled it away. The contract was to remove a large pecan tree and several branches of other trees away from power lines and then grind 3 stumps. He asked for the down payment and we obliged as he came recommended. We called several times and got now response except when we used a different phone. At point he said he was waiting for a lift and would deliver it that night and start back on the work the very next day That was the 15th of July. We attempted to call again 21st and 22nd of July. NO further contact from him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

I recently hired Moore's Tree Service to remove a tree that was needing to be addressed for a very long time. Lots of dead wood and I dreaded every storm because of it. This made this job particularly dangerous because some of the branches were more brittle and dangerous than others. Robert personally came out and did the estimate himself, and we worked out a plan that wouldn't break the bank and also would get the job done promptly. Robert and his team did a really great job and I really appreciated the flexibility he was able to give me. Based on estimates that I had received from a couple of other tree services, I feel like Robert's pricing was very reasonable. The job took a little bit longer to complete than other services had estimated but it was also much easier to manage the cost of the job that way. They did a really great job and didn't tear up my yard with their trucks, etc, and also didn't leave a mess or anything, they hauled everything off. I really appreciate you guys and we'll definitely be giving you a call should we need you again! Thanks again!

I hired Cheapest Treeworks LLC to complete tree work, which they performed as agreed. However, the billing experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The invoice was issued after the work was completed and clearly stated a due date of May 4, 2025—both in the PDF and email. Despite this, a $35 late fee was added on April 19, well before the invoice was even due.

I paid the full invoice amount on May 2, ahead of the due date. When I called to question the early fee, I was threatened with an additional 20% penalty if I did not pay it. Wanting to avoid further unjust charges, I reluctantly paid the late fee. During the call, the owner was rude and combative—talking over me, refusing to listen, and insisting the invoice was “payable on completion,” which, in my understanding, means when the work is finished, not before an invoice has even been issued or before the stated due date.

This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I’ve had with a business. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Alex's team did great work on trimming some trees in my backyard. They were fast and cleaned up after they were done. Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service, price, and great communication! You would imagine my surprise when my neighbors tree fell into my house, but these guys were there the next day to get it removed and hauled away!

Cheapest tree work is my go to company for tree work. They have the best prices and do fast, quality work. They show up when they say they will and have the equipment and crew to do the job correctly. They just cut down a huge tree in my backyard, to the ground, in 6 hours.

Don’t hesitate to call Alex at Cheapest Tree Work. They go over and above to do a fantastic job. Most people on our block use them. Their rates are the best!

Had a large tree needing to come down due to high winds. Called Alex and he came out and looked at tree and understood the situation of possible damage to structures near the tree. Gave me a quote and sent a crew right out. They took the whole tree down, ground the stump and cleaned up and took the larger pieces of the tree to their yard. Alex’s crew did a great job. Great company to work with. Alex himself was a pleasure to work with.

Superb! Alex and his crew amazingly professional. They possess a large amount of equipment and use it quickly and wisely. They restored my fence, protected the lawn, cleaned up like it never even happened. Really...you can't go wrong here.

Buyer beware! This is what their quote/agreement stated verbatim "Remove fallen tree due to storm damage and grind stump. Complete clean up and hauling." The picture is what they left behind. When I asked why they didn't clean that up they said it would cost extra to do that. That it was industry standard and it normally costs an additional $150-$200 to pick that up. When I stated that addtional costs were never mentioned during agreement and that complete clean up of tree should be covered, manager responded that the tree grind was not part of the tree (???!!!). So, her first offer to 'make things right' was to charge me a 'discounted' $75 to clean that up. I said that it was not acceptable based on our agreement--already paid $800 for work. After some not so friendly banter, she came back with 'you can call other companies...they charge extra' basically in attempt to justify her charging me extra. To which I said fine, but I would hope that they disclose that additional cost BEFORE agreement is made. Not too happy at this point when she offers to make things 'right by you' by discussing how she has had people do the same type of work at her house.....???? At the end, she offered to have me speak to her boss, who by the way, had sent me to talk to her. Not using them in the future and I don't recommend that you do.

We have been using The Cheapest Tree Works for 25 years and they are fabulous! They are wonderful to work with and clean up when finished. They are very nice to have work in our yard and tell about anything we might want to know.
