I had Guthier Heating and Cooling put in my AC unit a few years back and it has worked great!! My electric bill has been lower these last few years then it was in previous summers. I was on vacation in Florida had my pool collapse and knock my AC unit off, called Jesse and he was out the next day to get it up and running again!! Would highly recommend Guthier Heating and Cooling!!

We recently moved into a new house, and wanted to have someone come out and do some routine maintenance on our HVAC system. I'm so glad we called Jesse. He not only performed the maintenance, but he made sure to take the time to explain to me everything he was doing, and ensure I understood how the entire system worked. The are the most honest people we know and we wouldn’t use any other company! They have worked on our furnace for years and just replaced our central air unit a couple of months ago! They are so quickly to respond I called them immediately when my parents central air went out yesterday, they are elderly...and on a fixed income...they were there quickly, fixed their central air, and my parents were ecstatic that they were so honest about their options and didn’t spend hours fixing the problem..and reasonably priced! They will be using them from now on! Thanks Jesse and Carrie!❤️

Guthier Heating and Cooling has always been great to deal with. Jesse has come through for me many times but a few times really stand out. This past weekend he came out on short notice and fixed my issue where we were not getting cold air which was huge for us considering this past weekend we got into the high 90s.

Another time this past winter, we brought our baby home from the hospital after spending 5 days there. We came home to our furnace not working, our house was freezing. Once again I called Jesse on late notice and he came an looked at the problem within the hour. He had to order a part that he got the next day but we had to go a night without heat when it was below freezing with a new born. He let me borrow his industrial space heaters and it kept our house warm for the night, he then had the furnace fixed the next morning.

You wont find service like this just anywhere and that is why I give Guthier a 5 star and I only call them for my heating and cooling needs.

I am so impressed with the service and expertise, that I received with my Heat Pump repair. VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! Jesse was very Clean, very courteous, and easy to understand. If I ever need the service again Guthier Heating and Cooling, will be the only company I will call. Try them they will be the only company you need.

Guthier Heating and AC is top notch and I would recommend to anyone needing service to their furnaces or ac units. After getting raked over the coals by another A/C company, I started having issues with this new unit the other company installed. Guthier was recommended to me and I called and Jesse was out in a mere hour to fix my first issue.
My A/C this last time went out during this heat wave and we called at 7am the next morning. Within 1/2 hour Jesse was out and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes.
Guthier will always be my first call from now on! Don't hesitate to call them as they are friendly and very efficient to get the job done!

Heat went out on Sunday evening. Called large firm who never returned with a time. Friend recommend Guthier Heating and they called me at 7 am, was here by 8 am, and had our heat working and he was finished by 9 am. They had the part needed on his truck. Owner was professional, respectful and pleasant. They will be my first call if I ever have another problem. They do business the way it’s supposed to be done. Highly recommend!

My air conditioning unit stopped working on the hottest day we had so far this year which was also the start of the holiday weekend. I called Guthier Heating and Cooling and he showed up within the hour when his work day should have been over. He was friendly, reasonably priced ,got the job done quickly and had me up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

My furnace stopped working while I was on vacation. Guthier came out quickly and fixed it for me. I've used them before to replace my AC unit as well. Quality work with a fast response time. They're my first choice for HVAC repair and maintenance.

Jesse and his wife did some major heating and AC work for me this month (as well as the beginning of summer) and I was really impressed. He got both systems up and running, reprogrammed the thermostat from a standard "manually enter settings every time you want to change the temp" thermostat to a fully programmable weekly thermostat and explained all the functions as well as troubleshooting duct work. He was very fair, reasonably priced (better than reasonable in my opinion), prompt and cleaned everything up! Found my new HVAC company!!

When I needed a new HVAC system in my house, Jesse & Carrie came out & installed the new unit quickly & efficiently. They were very professional & cleaned up the work area before leaving. Later when I moved to my condo, I had them come out to inspect the HVAC system. Jesse found some issues & fixed them right away. Guthier is thorough, dependable & honest. Highly recommend!!
