We had a bad experience with another heating and air company (misdiagnosed on problem). I reached out to Guthier and received a quick response back that day. They were about to diagnose the issue correctly and resolve same day. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone did a great job of explaining and making sure I understood. Very grateful for him caring about the work and service they provide.

We selected Guthier Heating and Cooling to replace our 15 year-old heat pump system from among several other companies we had taken into consideration. What really struck me was the phenomenal ratings and reviews they had received. Digging deeper into their BBB rating, website and Facebook page we found only the most positive results. After comparing offerings from a couple other HVAC contractors, the system we were presented with matched our needs perfectly at a very affordable price. Jesse and Carrie were right on time for the installation, very respectful of our property and very efficient working together in removing our existing equipment and installing the new. Jesse took his time afterward to make sure we had everything set to our satisfaction and that we understood how to adjust and maintain it. In every step of the way they've exceeded our expectations and we'd wholeheartedly recommend them!

My furnace wasn’t heating at all. I called Guthier Heating and spoke with Sara. She took my name and number and Jesse, the owner called back in 3 minutes. It was absolutely frigid outside and my house was getting cold. Mr. Guthier dispatched a team technician ( Ryan ), who was here in 30 minutes. Together they diagnosed the issue and it was promptly fixed. This whole situation could have been horrific. But, thanks to Sara, Jessie and Ryan, they saved the day. Thank you very, very much. Our furnace was on the fritz during a very cold period. I think they had someone out to us in less than an hour. Furnace was back to working within 4 hours of our call for a reasonable price. Courteous, quick, efficient service.

Need to teach your workers how to drive. They speeding around cutting people off in the snow and ice then brake checking them. Owner tried to threaten and harass me into deleting this review. If you don't want bad reviews then act professional and stop trying to get rear ended. Definitely wouldn't let these reckless driving fools anywhere near my home because they're way too unprofessional and petty. Your employee cut me off and slammed on the breaks. He was having some kind of psychotic breakdown and was driving like a deranged lunatic.
