Guthier Heating and Cooling is exceptional on all levels. They installed a complete new system in my home. From sale to install, they are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They stayed on top of all aspects: delivery of new system, removal and disposal of old system, excellent install of new system, and, left my basement at the install site actually cleaner than they found it!! They covered a many point test to ascertain everything worked proficiently before they left. They even helped with finding rebates and tax incentives online to aid me financially. I was totally surprised to receive a follow up phone call from them several weeks later confirming I was 110% satisfied and asking if I had questions or concerns. I have had them service my system every year since and always feel confident in their expertise. I recommend Guthier Heating and Cooling to everyone I talk to!! Guthier -- no need to go any place else!!!!

I am very pleased to have found an honest and knowledgeable company to service my AC. I first called out another company that did nothing to help but tell me to buy a new $12,000 HVAC. I was told by the first company that my AC was leaking and would be $4000 to repair. I had Guthier come out to see if they could use a sealant to fix the issue since replacement was not something I could afford right now. The technician Jesse was great and he told me within minutes that my system was not leaking, instead it was overheating. He cleaned out my AC with acid since it is such an old unit and showed me how to properly use our humidifier. Repair work ended up being a couple hundred bucks and I couldn’t be more pleased with Guthier Heating and Cooling!! Will definitely be using them for any other heating and cooling issues in the future!

Jesse went above and beyond the usual service when we had both a heating and an air conditioning emergency over the past 3 years. Not only did Jesse respond swiftly when we called outside of his normal business hours, he provided additional backup equipment while waiting for parts to repair our system. Great customer service!!! Jesse is very professional he takes the time to listen and explain. First time we called on a Sunday Night when our AC quit working and Carrie called me back within minutes and scheduled to have Jesse to come look at and fix it first thing Monday morning! And when I have questions about our emergency heat/ heat pump he takes time out of his day to call me and explain to me what I need to do and what is normal! I’m very please to have finally after years of looking for found a honest and trusted company for all our heating and cooling needs! I definitely recommend them and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling issues and needs in the future!

Jesse has been servicing both our heating and AC since 2012. It was always easy to set up appointments and when something broke he made sure to stop by as quickly as possible. There was never an additional fee for emergency fixes. Last week our furnace made a weird sound and Jesse looked at it a couple of hours later. It was time to replace the furnace which was 20 years old. Jesse gave us a nice quote with a couple of options and we decided to have him install the furnace 4 days later, in the meantime he offered us space heaters to keep the house warm. On the day of installation we finally met Carrie, his wife, secretary and to my surprise his technical assistant. Within a couple of hours they have taken the old furnace out and installed a new one. As always they were super nice, worked quickly and left no mess behind. I can highly recommend him for any heating and AC problems. and we will use him again to replace our AC which is 17 years old but still functional due to diligent servicing over the last 7 years.

We have had Jesse provide seasonal maintenance checks on our furnace/air conditioning unit for several years. He is very thorough and treats us as he would a family member. We have never had to wait long for an appointment. We even left him a key when something suddenly came up and we could not be home for the appointment. He is working with us to help our unit last as long as possible.

Great experience from initial phone call to completed service! Glad we went with Guthier! Very reasonable, knowledgeable, and honest. Quickly identified the issue, showed us the problem, and talked us through what he was doing to fix it. Informed us of our options with no pressure. He gave us some easy maintenance tips that we could do to help with efficiency in the future, and answered our questions about future replacement since we do have an older unit. We did not have to replace at this time but after my experience I would trust them if they did recommend replacement. Guthier came personally recommended to us by others who also had a great experience as well. Another highly recommend from us!

Guthier was so great to work with. They were on time for all appointments, they kept clear and open communication with us through the whole process and their prices were reasonable. Carrie started by scheduling the appointments for us and worked them into our schedule and Jesse was there for the install. They took the time to explain the differences between the systems.. He came in with treats for the dogs to help them feel more comfortable with strangers in the house. They kept us in the loop for each part of the install process and cleaned up afterwards. I'll use Guthier for all my future HVAC needs and I'll be recommending them to all of my own clients.

Very thorough, great quality work, excellent price. We had our furnace and Ac replaced by Jesse and his team, they were quick and on time. Jesse answered all of our questions and went above and beyond with customer service. I was nervous about the install because I have a baby and an anxious dog but Jesse and his team did such a great job, My baby slept throughout the day while they worked and they even brought treats for my dog! I would highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend Guthier Heating and Cooling!

My furnace started making an unusual noise before the system kicked on. Within two weeks it stopped working altogether. A friend recommended Guthier Heating and Cooling. Jesse was prompt to diagnose the issues plaguing the furnace. He thoroughly explained in the terms I would understand exactly what the problems consisted of and what parts were needed for the repair. Thinking it would be a couple days, I was pleasantly surprised when Jesse called a few hours later. He informed me that he was able to resource the parts needed. Even more to my amazement, Jesse mentioned he could stop back by later the same day to finish the repairs. He went above and beyond by explaining in detail what settings are best for me and my family. Excellent customer service, exceptional work, and truly cares about a job well done. His interaction with my grandchildren was something special and wasn't at all bothered by their questions. Very pleased customer and will be calling them with any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Highly recommend Guthier Heating and Cooling. We are lucky, in northern Kentucky, to have a few reliable heating and cooling companies to choose from. I received estimates from three companies , and feel any of them would have provided a good service. I selected Guthier for several reasons: A Duke Energy - approved contractor, local, good rating and well-reviewed on Google. Price. Jesse explained my options without pressure and so that I understood them. Jesse was willing to get my old AC running for less than two/thirds the cost of another company’s repair. Since it was 19 years old, I decided instead to replace AC and furnace with efficient systems that met the Duke Energy requirements for rebate. The install went smoothly. The workmanship is excellent. Jesse set up my Smart thermostat based on my living habits and preferences, processed both the Duke rebate and product registration for the extended warranty. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived.

I was instantly impressed with Guthier Heating and Cooling. I happened to find them on Google because I was sick of dealing with the bigger companies in the area. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty when describing our options. When they came to install the new system, Jesse was joined by his wife and son and they were both so lovely as well. Friendly and courteous to me and communicated well throughout the job. I also enjoyed how respectful they were regarding noise, as I was working down the hall.

Although it’s never fun to have a big expense, I feel good knowing that my money was going to them instead of a big company.

All in all, could not recommend them more and I will be using them for any HVAC needs in the future. Thank you guys so much.
