Thoroughbred Roofing is a reputable company doing business in the Huntington, West Virginia area. My Thoroughbred salesman, Trevor, offered me the most well-organized, detailed, and complete estimate of three roofing estimates that I considered, which, in the end, was one of the significant pieces affecting my final decision. Throughout the process he listened well, was informed, and pleasant in answering all of the questions I had. I give him very high marks for his professional work.

Jordan was my Project Manager and did his job to my complete satisfaction. His management of that day, attention to detail, and communication with me was on point, and I couldn’t be happier with all aspects of the work. I was completely at ease that day with the process…, and professionalism of everyone.

Justin handled the business, --scheduling, follow-up, questions, and payment. He was always available. Very satisfied.

I feel Thoroughbred did very good work for me, and everyone gets Five Stars for communication.

The Thoroughbred Construction Group is truly a leader in the area. We had our roof replaced in late March, including the installation of a new skylight. The house is a ranch style, with several different pitches, so it was not an easy undertaking. From the initial meeting with the Sales Representative, Davo Chandler, to the work led by Brendan and his team, to the skylight finishing job by Jason Boone, the experience has been outstanding. The price was competitive, the warranty provides peace-of-mind, and their responsiveness is top notch.

The work was completed in less than two days. This included a few repairs to the underlying support. Davo was at the house and made sure all went according to plan. The clean-up was quick and thorough. The installation team was friendly and efficient. After the roof installation, Jason completed the skylight install, and is great to work with. I also had the chance to speak with Justin (from the office) a few times, and again, top-notch professionalism.

Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Thoroughbred for your roofing needs. They are professional, do excellent work, and are prompt and responsive. A great team to work with!

I hired Thoroughbred to replace my entire roof, which came in to almost 3000 sq ft. My experience with Tim/Justin and the entire crew was extremely positive. Very professional from start to finish, and the final product was high-quality and exactly what we wanted. After speaking with Tim during the initial estimate process, I knew I was in the right hands. He answered all of my questions, allowed me options to decide exactly what I wanted, and work started almost immediately. Tim stood outside in the blistering sun the entire time, overseeing the crew and giving me updates as to what was happening. Old roof was torn down and the new one installed within a day and a half. This was my first time using Thoroughbred, however I know now that I'll be using them again in future for whatever projects are needed, and have already setup for them to replace the gutters around my home in the coming week. Great company.

Beginning with Dave to Neil and his work crew I have to say they were great through the whole process. They communicated very well, done great work, and did an awesome cleanup. Very pleased.

Can’t say enough about this company. From my salesman, Trevor Thompson, to Justin that scheduled my project and to the project managers, Jordan Blagg and David Roth all were so friendly and professional. The roofers were amazing! Great work, fast, and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. I would definately recommend them. Can’t wait to get my gutters put on next from them!

Thoroughbred construction (Jeremy Blagg) was very professional. This is my second time using them. We got several quotes for our new roof and believe it or not they were the most reasonable as far as price goes. They ended up being able to do the roof sooner than expected and got the new roof done in one day. Afterwards they took Gigantic magnets and picked up all the nails and cleaned up everything. Great Job!

So happy I chose Thorobred to replace our roof. Jeremy was fantastic to work with on replacing my roof. He answered all questions thoroughly, and was quick to respond to me. His crew was fabulous! Very thorough, courteous, just all in all professional. They went above and beyond with the job site clean up.

Why did I choose Thoroughbred? Firstly, Chad was the only representative from any of the companies that I received quotes from that insisted on checking the internal boards in the attic. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, made sure the shingles I wanted were in stock, yet gave me plenty of options!  Regarding the work itself, Seth the project manager was very communicative during the whole process. His crew was on-site on the hottest day of the year so far. I stressed the fact that I wanted them to take it easy because of the heat, and if they needed to take multiple days that would be fine. They finished it in one day, staying until it was completely finished!  Also, the cleanup was very thorough even making sure the neighbors' yard was completely clear of all nails. The entire process was efficient, professional, and beautiful!  I highly recommend this company.

Had leaks in home. After roof fixed still had leaks and was so upset then I had hidden gutters and wrap around gutters installed. No more leaks. So thankful. Definite improvement. Love it. Still unable to find anyone to repair chimney. Missing bricks.

Super professional, love their work! Neal was my estimator, best there is. I had concerns about minor details that are major to me. Oliver and the whole crew were fantastic. They worked with me completely! I have to get my house painted now because the roof looks so nice. They are about service, quality and safety. They want every detail to be done correctly. Highly recommend. They know their craft, and were super easy to work with. They follow up and make sure it's right.
