Have no complaints. 5th shirt cleaned free. Does a good job. Staff very friendly.

I had asked for two pair of pants just to have the little pockets on the side soda and then for the pockets to be pressed down I got charged $30 and some odd cents for that plus I had to wait for them to get done they were promised to me I've done a lot of business with this dry cleaners and I'm so disappointed in them so I will be looking for another place plus when they take your clothes they do not give you a price they go ahead and do what they want and then they charge you $30 for two pair of pants. 🤔

I took a white & black tuxedo-style suit here twice for cleaning. The first time they hadn't gotten the food stains all out and there were brown watermarks on the inside of the white jacket. So I take it back and pay for it to be cleaned again and it comes back with big brown watermark-looking splotches on the outside too. So disappointed, it was an expensive suit my son had picked out special.😢 Hoping someone else can fix it....

I dont have items dry cleaned. I take my pants here to be hemmed. Hey, when your short, such is life. No pants ever fit off the rack. Lol They work fast, the hems never fail and the prices are well worth it!

Staff cleans very very good wipes everything down....smells great defiantly after a cleaning! Driers are great price washers expensive but helps driers are cheap....friendly staff know how to do a good cleaning job...wish they had more then just 2 huge super mega washers least 3 or 4....great place to come when water has frozen the pipes or washer or drier broken! Thanks for being great laundry mat

Awful awful awful. Went to have my homecoming dress let OUT two inches, when to pick it up the day before my dance and they took it IN two inches. Not only that, we had to pay before even seeing the dress, when we complained, they promised it would be done by the next day, so on the day of my dance, I pick up the dress and they added four inches of blue fabric to the side, ruining my $500 dress, not to mention that THE PINS WERE STILL IN THE SKIRT OF MY DRESS, STABBING ME THE WHOLE DANCE. Worst experience ever, will not go back.

The only dry cleaner within 20 miles. So not too many other options. But good service & quick turn around. Big downer is their location. It can be a challenge getting in & out with the heavy traffic in that area.

Always professional, gets stains out like no other

Incompetent!!! We were staying at the Marriott in Ironton to attend my mother's funeral the next day. The hotel sent my outfit and coat and my wife's winter coat to them before 9 am. They were supposed to deliver them back by 4. They failed to bring them back and now I don't have my clothes for my mother's funeral! We have a winter storm warning for tomorrow and we don't even have coats!

Drop a dress off and got a quote only to call to check if done and total to be told the lady who quoted me must not know her job and was wrong. This total now is $10 more than original. You know it wouldn't be an issue if it was for my child paying for it herself. Is this what they do tell everyone a price dropping off to ge tit then change it when pick up. The dress was look at and examined at drop off for the price. I guess it's even better you got employees calling other employees mor ethan less an idiot for not knowing their prices. Then you ask for owner and can't get that info. SAD BTW only saying overpriced because not what I was told!!

Not a single dry cleaning business in the entire Tri-State area would dry clean my suit on short notice so that I could wear it to my brother in-law’s funeral. I called Victor’s and both locations said that it would be Wednesday afternoon before I could get it back. Go Green Cleaners told me to bring it over to them before they left on Monday afternoon and they would have it done Tuesday afternoon - meaning I could wear my suit on Wednesday morning. God bless Go Green Cleaners and their staff for going the extra mile. Thank y’all very much!

She is one of the best cleaners that we have hired. She is very professional and she always gives a very detailed cleaning

I’m unsure how anything gets done considering the older looking one with the glasses is constantly on her phone. If you want professionalism and a cleaner who utilizes the time YOU ARE PAYING FOR wisely, my opinion is to shop elsewhere. Also, the guy slumped over in the white van in the driveway did not add to my impression of the service.

I got the deep clean service for the upper floor of my house and honestly it was very expensive, but they worked hard for two days and did a most excellent job.
