They cleaned for us after we had new floors installed. The dust from the tile removal was terrible. Sonja came in and did a fabulous job. All the dust was cleaned up and the floors looked great. They cleaned every inch of the 1st floor and left it cleaner than it had ever been. Very nice and professional. If you need a quality cleaner, Nooks and Crannies can't be beat.

I recently had the pleasure of having Sonja, owner and operator of Nooks and Crannies, clean my house. For a very reasonable price, she did an excellent job. She was very meticulous in her work (which is a super bonus in a cleaner)! She actually exceeded my expectations doing tasks within my home that even previous good cleaners had not done without being asked. She was also very respectful to me and considerate of all my pets (2cats and two big dogs). I believe that my house was cleaner than anytime I had cleaned in the past. She takes her job very seriously and I look forward to having her clean my house for a long time. I highly recommend Nooks and Crannies (ask for Sonja). You will not be disappointed!!

We just moved to the area and the house we bought had not seen a cleaning for a significant amount of time. It was to the point we were considering staying in a hotel until we could get a professional clean. Thankfully we were able to connect with Sonja and she even helped with woking outside her normal hours for a multi-day deep clean. Her crew was professional, detail oriented and careful with all our belongings. Now it feels like a home that we can fully start moving into! She put her best foot forward and will continue to have her regular services. Highly recommend!

I hired Sonja and crew to deep clean a place I've had cleaned on a weekly basis. Her level of professionalism from first phone call, through the actual cleaning job thoroughly impressed me (and im NOT easily impressed!!). She responded within a minute to my initial text. She advised she was cleaning a clients house and would call me back. She did just that.. and took the time to explain their processes. We set a time for her to come today, and she proactively advised she was on her way, and she arrived on time. Then there was the cleaning!!! There were things I thought were stained forever, which turned bright white! She literally cleaned (like the name suggests) every nook and cranny!!! I couldn't be more thrilled with the job!!! I highly recommend!!!!

They did the floor in my Hair Salon. All I can say is that it looks amazing. They are very professional and take the time needed to do the job. I highly recommend them and would definitely have them to do my floor again when needed.

I am a General Contractor who remodels commercial retail spaces nationwide. I recently completed a project at Ashland Town Center and needed a cleaning crew to get space ready for store opening. After a few attempts contacting local companies, I came across this Company and I'm glad I did.
From the very first conversation to help us at the last moment to get a temporary space ready which they completed on a weekend, and all through the delays and schedule changes we had up to opening the store, they were more than accommodating. They communicated with us regularly, show up when require, made adjustments as needed, had quality workers , arrive with all equipment to preformed work until completed and made special trips to job site to access scope of work.
They were professional, reliable, courteous, and experience.
I do recommend using their services if you are working in the Ashland area..
