Keith came to my family's house in December 2023 and replaced our whole HVAC unit. He told my mother she had a ten year warranty on the whole system. This year our heat went out and we tried to call him to claim our warranty and have him fix it. We called Keith multiple times a day for 3 weeks and he has answered about twice, set up appointments and never showed. Since these no shows all the rest of the calls have gone unanswered. My elderly disabled father has been victim to the freezing weather for the past 3 weeks due to us not having heat and trusting Keith to stand by his word. This has been so frustrating!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They Been here 2 times to “fix” ac not working and couldn’t fix it either time. Now I sit here on Christmas before a house full of people with 70 degree temps outside and it’s 78 in my home. Can’t wait to host our first family event with sweat running down our noses into our food. I shoot a text and I get 0 acknowledgment back. Company’s complete garbage.

Like to Edit my post since dude wants to respond like they’ve done their job. “Already been out and was moving in with doors wide open” We had already been moved in for 3 weeks when you had arrived. Doors were locked. I had to let you in my home. So try again. Your unit is 11 months old and is failing. The new equipment is bigger than previous equipment but yet you left the old line set installed. You filled the gaps with brazing rod because the new equipment required bigger copper lines but you incorrectly and was to lazy to install and do the work correctly. You had replaced the thermostat during cooler temps which means we didn’t require air conditioning which means you’re not going to hear from us. Now that outside air is 70 degrees and we’re needing air conditioning, it still is not working. I had text you 2 times. 1 time letting you know the issue is still happening. Once I seen you read the text and didn’t care to respond, I then text you letting you know I understand it’s crazy and Christmas time so I don’t expect you to jump to my demand. But once I realized you’re to unprofessional to acknowledge an understanding customer, your review happened. Poor install practice, can’t fix your own screw ups and lack of respect to your customers. Again, complete garbage. This company should be super thankful google REQUIRED me to put 1 star. Complete Garbage.

After a flood in April 2025, we called around to several HVAC companies, Keith HVAC had the best prices and quickest turn around time. We had our HVAC completely moved from utility room to attic and new duct work installed in attic. Alan and his son, Don had the work done within 2.5 days. Our LG&E has been cheaper and have had no issues since even during the extreme heat this past summer and colder nights at the start of winter. We appreciated their timeliness and quick response during a difficult time!
