Well the reviews say it all. My experience was solely with the person that answered the phone who is the frontline representation of the business. I immediately picked up a vibe when she answered the phone with an aggressive “Hello!” with a salty tone. Why have that person answer the phone?? She insulted me over the phone and when i asked to see the manager she laughed and hung up. Called back again and then one more time. She blocked my phone #. Yeah their company is obviously not good starting with the person that answers the phone. Dont do business with them.

I received a quote back in Jan. 2018 to cut down my Apple tree and remove the stump (grind down) for $250.00. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very nice to deal with. He made a point that he could cut it down for $250.00 cash, he preferred cash he said. I decided to wait until April (before spring) and called them back to see if they would still honor the quote from Jan. 2018. I left a message and never received a phone call back. I also emailed Kimberly (maybe the gentleman's wife or daughter) at that time as well asking if they would honor the quoted price from Jan. 2018. All I wanted was a yes or no answer. Still no response as of today 6/9/2018. I just sent another email message to Kimberly....lets see if they respond. All this could have been avoided just by communicating with your potential new customers. Just call or email a yes or no to my question. Answer your phone and be man or women enough to explain why you continue ignoring my emails and phone calls. As I look over some of the other reviews online this seems to be common practice not answering your phone or responding to emails. As of today 6/9/2018 I would not recommend this company for your tree service needs.

Allen’s Tree Service saved our cat!! Our cat was stuck high up in a tree for 24 hours in the freezing cold and Jimmy was kind enough to stop by our house on the way to another job in the morning to get her out for us. His wife who answered our call that morning was extremely nice and we thank her so much for reaching out to Jimmy after he had already left for the day. We couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you Allen’s Tree Service!!

Jimmy Allen is a hard worker, easy to work with and has fair prices. A little hard to reach him sometimes but keep calling.

Tree feel on our house during storm, Jimmy came out next morning and the within the hour came back and got to work. He was awesome to deal with and I highly recommend his services! Thanks Jimmy from the Miller family

Allen was an absolute pleasure to work with. He not only met all my expectations but exceeded them—especially when it came to cleanup. After removing a large river birch, he left the area spotless, even taking the time to collect all the leaves the tree had already shed. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ll definitely be calling Allen for any future tree work!

Jimmy came out the other day to take down a very large tree that was dead in the top and was probably close to falling into the road. He was efficient in taking it down and worked to ensure the passing cars were not impacted by the tree removal. Cleaned up everything and was great to work with. If you need a tree removed and looking to for family operated businesses then hire this company for top notch service!

We had 3 large (approx. 40 ft) trees that needed to be removed. We received a responsible estimate from J’s, they showed up on time, on the day they said they would, worked tirelessly, and removed all debris.
Would use his service again and would highly recommend.

We had 2 trees fall on our roof last year and he was right there when we needed him, his first question was if we're all OK, while the other company that we asked to look at it asked who else we asked for an estimate... he cares about people, trees and your property.
