Horrible customer service. Received an estimate and after that they would not return my several calls or emails. It's been almost a month and still have not heard back from them.

Just had Outer Image, do a Spring cleanup of our landscaping. (Trimming Bushes, weeding, putting down new mulch etc) They did a great job, very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again.

Contacted this company for them to design and implement a landscaping plan for our home. Had a man show up and spoke with him for a few minutes as he had a camera and told me he would take some pictures, come up with a design and then email when he had developed his plan. I waited 2 weeks, called their office and the woman said he was "out with a bad back right now." Well, that was 6 weeks ago so his back must be in pretty bad shape. Absolutely shameful for any company to display such a lack of professionalism.

Hired them to build two stone walls. First one fell down before the job was completed. They fixed it but within a few weeks it is already separating again. Upper wall wasn't completed and is also starting to fall. They were paid in full and they keep saying they will be back to complete the job but that was almost 3 months ago. Now they have gone silent. Guess they aren't interested since they got paid but both walls need to come down and rebuilt. Employees told me the company is about to go out of business so seems any warranty or lawsuit wouldn't be effective unless you can get in line early.

Contacted the Company in April for estimate on landscaping job. Came out & gave us an estimate.
Decided we needed some other work done. Was told 3-4 times that he would be back out for additional estimate. NEVER showed up. When I called the office, they acted, like they had no idea what was going on. Found another company and they did an outstanding job.
Outer Image---very poor customer service.

We hired Outer Image to build our patio and install a drainage pipe in the backyard. They came back in Nov and started and finished in Dec. The company installed the wrong drainage pipe and when contacted they told us they would come out to inspect it but never did. We then called them back and they said when the weather permits and again nothing. We have been trying to call them numerous times for the past few months and no response from them at all. My husband has left numerous messages with no calls returned. The top soil that we paid for has now washed away and we still have not been able to finish out yard because of the company refusing to call us back.
07/22/2020 update after this review they finally called us back to say they were sending someone to take a look at the issues we needed fixed. They then told us they would be out the week of July 13th. They never showed up and it didn't rain all week so no excuse for the no call no show.

We just moved to the Hebron area from Louisville. The house we purchase had 3 retaining walls that were not built / installed properly from the previous owners. Phil and his team did a great job rebuilding the walls and they look great. His team is very professional and we will be using them again in the near future. Thanks for the great work.

Poor customer service. We had a patio and retaining wall installed by Phil Felty 's company three years ago. It was a struggle to get them to complete the original job. We paid Phil in full for the completion of the work. We have been in contact with his company for 2 1/2 years trying to get them to correct problems with their work. The office always seems to have an excuse/reason for the delay in fixing their work. You would think that they could find some time in 2 1/2 years for the repair.
August 3, 2018 Post - After the above post, gentlemen came to the house to begin repairing their work with a sporadic schedule. Currently, I have a patio that is torn apart, a wall that isn't repaired and no one willing to show up to finish the work. Office personnel won't return phone calls to follow up after talking to the owner. The customer service from Phil is beyond poor. We are beyond frustrated with this company. We paid good money to this company and we simply want a good product that was promised and guaranteed.
September 3, 2018 Post - Phil Felty contacted my husband on August 9th and indicated that he would send Jared to finish the repair work within 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. It is now September 3rd - Phil has not called to schedule the repair. The lack of professional responsibility and poor customer service doesn't surprise me. The inconvenience is intolerable.

3 years ago they put in a new patio, wall, and a new driveway. They started in June and ended in October after my in laws forced them to finish by telling them they had 3 days to finish the driveway or they would take $500 off everyday they went past. They finished but just barely. However it was not done correctly because we were getting water in the basement due to only one drain being available. Phil said for the past two summers he would come up. He finally brought his guys up this June. They started sloping the patio and were going to fix the wall. They worked on and off for 3 weeks. Then they left and haven't come back in 5-6 weeks now. They have not come back to put stones in that no longer fit. They also need to set the stones back together. This is unacceptable.

In May of this year, Phil Felty gave me an estimate on a retaining wall and some back yard work. He sent estimate, we had some changes for the back yard, and I received a revised estimate. I accepted the estimate, and was told we were on the schedule. When I didn't hear anything more, I emailed him - was told within the next 2 weeks. When 3 or more weeks had passed with no contact, I emailed again. This time I was told he was recovering from pneumonia, but that we were on the schedule. By now, we were into July. I moved on to other contractors for estimates, but before committing, I decided to give Outer Image one last shot. When I called, the lady answering the phone acted surprised, and said she had no record of me accepting the revised bid, but would call Phil immediately and have him call me - still waiting for that call. I have received numerous Review Requests from this company for a service that was never performed. Their message says to contact them before posting a negative review. I sent a detailed message to Outer Image, but have not heard back from the company. Consequently, I have nothing good to say about Outer Image, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Phil's crew came and built a roof over our deck and did a great job! The price was fair and everyone was professional and communication was good. I give them 5 stars for that.
However. We also paid to have a leaking faucet fixed. That was 8 weeks ago. I know they had some issues with theft and illness, but my texts don't get answered. We called 2 weeks ago and were told they have been very busy but would be out last Wednesday or Thursday. No call, no show. If we hadn't already paid them we would go elsewhere. I really wanted to give them 5 stars because they are nice, but this is now unacceptable.
