Poor customer service. Unwilling to work with even long time customers to address issues. Good selection of aggregates / gravel, but mulch is poor quality

Affordable landscape is one of my most favorite places to shop. People are super friendly and products are always top notch.

They were about to accommodate a request for extra loads of and within 2 hours. I will be using them again for bulk supplies.

Good price .I dropped in around 1 pm on a Saturday and by 3:30 they were backing in my driveway to deliver. Mulch was good quality too.

Needed some gravel for drainage. I spoke with Mary and Wayne on the phone and they were both incredibly helpful. The gravel was delivered the same day and the delivery driver was also very pleasant and helpful.

I set up a top soil delivery for my elderly parents in their late 80's between 10am and noon so that I could be there to handle delivery for them. They are supposed to be quarantined because of Covid. I get there at 9:20am and the dirt had already been delivered and my 88 year old father had to handle it by himself. The driver came up to the door with no mask on and my dad had to hand the guy the check so there was no social distancing either. The sales receipt even had on it to deliver between 10am and noon written on it. Also, the front porch that I had just painted 2 days prior and a brand new rug that I had put in the porch was full of mud all over. I am trying to wash the rug and the porch off. Disappointed

They have an awesome variety of landscaping rocks and they are a great deal at .28 cents per lb. I love going to this place and just looking around. It's like a rock museum.

Needed Gravel delivered to my property to expand my driveway. Not only was she very helpful in my selection, as I was not sure of the product, she was able to have it delivered within 3 hours. Everyone else that I called treated me like an idiot for not knowing the difference between #57 limestone and #38. I have already placed a second order here and will only come here for my needs and I will direct my friends there also. Keep up the great work.

We had a deadline to make and they were booked. They went well above and beyond to make our drop off happen in time. Words can’t express our gratitude that they did this for us. Amazing company!

Very affordable materials and friendly services.

I was very dissapointed with the customer service. I called at least 3 times over the course of several days. Each time a lady would tell me that they would review my needs for gravel and creek rock, no one ever called me back. I’m not sure how you stay in business if you don’t call customers back...I would not recommend their service, based on their ability to communicate. All I needed was limestone and creek rock, they just never called to give me a quote.

Very helpful. Busy too. Went to site and office was receiving steady call volume on a Thursday afternoon.

Spent about 20 mins going over options and even allowed us to go home with a sandwich bag size sample of rock to determine if we like the look with our landscaping.

We'll be ordering a load of rocks for certain.

Great people to deal with. They have pretty much any type of stone, mulch that you could need. Great family owned business.
