Great and respectable company. Always gets the job done right the first time.
This company works on the building. They are great for maintenance and engineering.
Very knowledgeable staff. I've only dealt with two of the technicians personally, but they knew what they were doing and did it well!

We spent over $200,000 on a commercial HVAC system installed by BME in November 2024. In less than a year, the system has now suffered the same catastrophic failure twice, once during peak summer heat in July and now again during winter. During the summer failure, our building climbed to approximately 80°F while operating as a public facility. This current failure has left the building operating at roughly 55°F while hosting teenage employees, young children, and older adults daily. In both cases, the conditions created real operational, safety, and customer experience concerns. Despite multiple requests during both outages, BME has explicitly refused to provide or coordinate any temporary cooling or heating or mitigation while we wait approximately ten days for a replacement part. Their response has essentially been that we are on our own. This is unacceptable on every level. A system of this cost and age should not be failing repeatedly, and a service provider should not abandon a customer when safety, liability, and business continuity are clearly at risk. The workmanship appears questionable given the repeat failures, and the service response has shown zero ownership, urgency, or professionalism. If this is how BME supports large commercial clients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We are actively pursuing escalation and alternative vendors as a result of this experience. I have also reached out to Carrier directly
