Blain and his crew were fantastic. We needed someone to help when my office's geothermal hvac system decided to start leaking. He was busy but understood the pressure we were under to cool off a building that was 89 degrees for 3 days. He was the only person to answer my call and earned a new customer for both my office and house. Fixed everything in one day and were the very thorough.

The fan in my air handler was taken out on Friday evening by a power outage during a strong storm and high winds. I called Blain Saturday morning and told him the symptoms I had seen inside at the air handler and at the outside unit. He had me try something for a few hours and told me to call back. I called back on Saturday and told him he was correct in his assumption and asked to be added to the appt book for Monday or Tuesday. He called me Monday morning to tell me Steven was on the way to check on the unit. Within 1 hour he had diagnosed the problem. Steven did not have the fan motor for my unit in his truck. He called Blain so he could see if he could find the part nearby. Within 3 hours of Steven leaving, he was back at my house with the replacement part and gone within an hour.

I have been a customer of theirs for an over 15 years and do not have 1 complaint about the way any of the employees have performed their jobs!
