We recently had to have our furnace replaced. Blain was very quick to come out and to give us an estimate, address the concerns that we had regarding the prior company's work, as well as giving us open recommendations about what will work and what would be a waste of money. Blain and the rest of the team were extremely professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. I highly recommend Workman Heating and Cooling for honest and complete work.

Stephen and Ben came out without delay for our spring servicing. I was having a problem connecting the furnace with my Wi Fi. I had given up, but Stephen wouldn't let go. He kept working til we got it straightened out. Bravo for Workman and company!

I am someone who always procrastinates on this type of stuff because I have a hard time trusting companies, but I can say in full faith this is the best HVAC company I have interacted with. Blain, the owner, was a joy to work with and very understanding. Steven, my tech, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem when other companies diagnosed it incorrectly. I appreciate their work and will be happy to call them for any other problems!

Highly recommend! My family has used them for years. I like that they do a furnace and ac unit tune up during the same visit. Makes so much sense. I also like that they don’t try to convince me to make unnecessary repairs or replace my ac unit early, as other companies in town have.

Workman has taken care of our HVAC system for around 15 years. The service technicians are always proficient, courteous, and accommodating. The owner, Blain, is accessible and willing to answer questions and explain situations fully. A great company to have on your side.

Just have to say, Blain Workman and his crew have saved us from both the sweltering heat and the frigid cold. When our AC went out last Summer, they came the same day and it was fixed before I got home from work. The parts and labor were reasonable, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Then this last week when a part went bad on our furnace, they were able to get it fixed before the upcoming winter blast - they even gave us space heaters to get by until it was fixed. The service person was great. He did a professional job and cleaned up completely when he was finished. He even came back to check for gas leaks at no charge.
The cost was fair and they follow a flat fee schedule, which means you don't get ripped off. They installed a mini-split system in our upstairs area, and they were able to hide all the components to make it look good from outside the house. The other company (I won't name them here) we got a quote from was going to wrap all of the component wires around our gutter on the outside of the house! I trust Workman to do an honest job, the right way, and done quickly. I recommend them to all my friends.

My family has used Workman for 10+ years. I've quoted others in the past, but Workman has always offered the best price. Blain and team are so quick to respond to any and all issues and their customer service is the absolute BEST! I highly recommend Workman for all of your HVAC needs.

Steven with Workman Heating and Cooling Geothermal serviced our Air Conditioning system today. He was courteous, knowledgeable and performed all of the inspections on the units as needed. He treated us fairly on the price and was a pleasure to work with! I think we have found our new go to HVAC Company!

I had 2 other companies bid on this project. Of course, they were quoting me for things I did not need.

Workman was quick to respond, spent time troubleshooting, made suggestions, offered tips, offered to bring me a window unit while the part was being shipped! Blane worked diligently to locate the part we needed, even calling me on a Saturday with an update.

2 different techs came out, 2 different times and more knowledgeable, more courteous, more respectful they could not be.

I was blown away that they are doing business the old fashioned way - Truth. No sales tricks, just quoted what I needed and the problem was fixed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They do high quality, honest work. They weren't just looking to sell me on a new furnace and upcharge the costs like other companies. He took the time to figure out what the true issue was (which was not what the other company made up). He let me know that I still had a warranty on the part even though I thought it didn't transfer to me, and he helped get the shipping charges reduced on the part. He did a great job explaining to me what was broken, how he figured it out, and what it meant and then showed me the broken part after it was removed. My furnace works great now and will hopefully last many more years for a fraction of the cost the other company would have charged me to replace it.

I’ve been in my home 25 years, have had numerous companies (3) service/replace unit. None of them were top-notch as claimed. None backed their work, nor did they want to make my older unit last as long as possible. Everyone wanted me to buy new. NOT WORKMAN! They made it last 2 more years, AND gave me the best new unit with best 20 year warranty. Even if they were to go “belly up,” my warranty lives on. They have ethics, morals, good old fashioned customer service. And they reworked the air so that my daughter’s bedroom now receives air. All these years, no one could figure it out. Even with new install! No one cared. Cannot thank them enough.

No one wants to hear they need a new A/C but we’re thankful the previous owner of our home led us to Workman. They are small enough to provide personal & professional service but large enough to respond quickly. Steven presented a repair option but took the time to explain & show us why it might be a short term solution to our 2008 unit. We now have a new system with a great warranty and confidence Workman will be there should we ever have a problem. I would highly recommend Blain and his team.

Speedy, delightfully friendly (both the owner and the tech, Steven) and effective. This was a good find for us and we have our new HVAC provider. The owner answers calls and turns them around to the techs very quickly so that service can happen quickly- important when you are too hot or too cold! Blaine and his guys are the absolute best. They provide great service at a very fair price. These guys are great. We were out of town and realized that our AC was out. I called and they took care of the issue in less than 24 hours. Amazing service!
