I've been reluctant to hire a cleaner for my home because from working with cleaners on my clients houses in the past the quality and service were not impressive. I was referred to Jeannie's Cleaning by a friend because I was trying to get the house ready for my son's Halloween party and it was the best $200 I've spent in a very long time! Brittany cleaned my home on a standard clean appt better than I clean my own home on a deep clean frenzy! I booked for a deep clean in 2 weeks and can't wait!! Highly recommend 👏

We have used Jeannie's Cleaning for well over a year now on a monthly basis. The first visit was for Deep Clean and thereafter the standard services have efficiently maintained our home. When necessary, I have had a couple of occasions to postpone or change a service date or time, with prompt response and no problems. The ladies that have cleaned our home have been wonderful in their professionalism as well as their kindness. We have been especially attached to two ladies in particular, but will not mention names unless someone would like to know. We highly recommend this business!

i had a very nice experience with Jeannie's Cleaning service yesterday. The 2 ladies that came out to clean were very friendly and very hard workers. They both did a beautiful job in my house, and even cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend this service to anybody. The Jeannie's Cleaning Team deep cleaned our house this week and their work was AMAZING! They put their all into it the whole time -- I don't think our house has ever been this clean! Jeannie was very communicative, responsive and accommodating regarding the scheduling, and her team was very professional while in our home. They also were mindful of the mask requirement, for which we were grateful. Highly recommend!

First time using Jeannie and I will now recommend her team first! We needed a DEEP clean fast. I mean floorboards, walls, all the nooks and crannies of our home (long story). I heard about Jeannie from a friend so I took the chance and scheduled the cleaning on a day I knew I'd be out of town. Jeannie replied quickly to all my messages and made sure I knew my home would be in good hands. She messaged me when the job was complete to let me know all was good and I was able to pay online. When my family and I walked in a couple days later from our trip we were absolutely thrilled!! They did a wonderful job cleaning and we felt like we had our home back! Thank you, Jeannie!

This cleaning service was a waste of money. I had them come to do a move-out clean from my house prior to listing. There were 3 people and only 1 did any noticeable work. 2 people were relatively new to the job and the main person spent quite a bit of time training them and instructing. I don't have any issue with this, but that is time that no one was cleaning. I made it clear that this was a move-out cleaning so the house needed to be well wiped down and mopped. Several areas were missed such as cleaning the pantry, cleaning cabinets in bathrooms, cleaning shower, cleaning closets. For the most part, they did not use vacuums or cleaning products - they only used Swiffers. I was most frustrated that instead of wiping down the kitchen cabinets, they used a Swiffers to dust inside them. Upon final inspection, I asked them to wipe out the kitchen cabinets and they seemed put off. 2 people just sat outside while the 1 person who did more work wiped out the kitchen cabinets even though she wasn't the one responsible for that area. I let everything else go because I didn't have time to stay. I'm not quite sure what 3 people were doing for 3 hours but I feel like I could have accomplished more by myself in that timeframe.

Jeannie’s Cleaning was just ok for us. They are very very high priced, which is ok if the results aligned with their pricing, but they don’t. One cleaner, Ashley, did a wonderful job. Anyone else who came and cleaned for us left us very disappointed - streaks all over the shower, objects not moved to sweep around/under, etc. Our shower floor would consistently turn pink just days after they cleaned for us because it wasn’t being scrubbed, even after calling attention to it. Unfortunately it seems like it’s just really hard to find a great cleaner anymore - I hoped Jeannie’s premium pricing would be the answer, but for us, it wasn’t.

Jeannie's cleaning crew of 2 ladies came last Tuesday for a first time clean. They did a great job. They wiped down our kitchen cabinets and cleaned the window tracks in the sunroom. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The Millers

I'm the store manager at Shoe Sensation and after numerous times of hiring other companies to get our windows cleaned for our grand opening celebration and where other companies fell short and did not reach our expectations Jeannie's Cleaning definitely came through for us!! They went above and beyond for us and our store! They did an incredible job and exceeded our expectations 🤩🤩🤩 She was honestly amazing and was so sweet and went above and beyond her job to help us out last minute! Now there is a difference in cleaning services and I can promise you that. As a family owned Cincinnati remodel contractor we have our list of preferred vendors that we have vetted over the years. Companies that we count on to operate professionally and stick to a schedule.

Jeannie's Cleaning is the only cleaning company on our list. I never have a reason to look elsewhere. They always do the job right and I can call them and forget about it because I know it will get done on time and the customer is always happy with the results.

We hired this company to do a deep clean of the 1500 square foot house we were moving into on 9/27. After spending over $1300 we were very excited to move into a spotless house. We are handicapped in wheelchairs and it would have been too much to get clean before the movers got us moved in. What we saw when we finally got to the house left us heartbroken. After the first day of 10 hours of cleaning we were told they would not be able to complete the job and would need to come back the next day, so we paid $1000 and then prepaid $250 for the next day. We were told this time would be used to edge and finish up. We were very disappointed with the results and considering what we saw (shown in the images) we don't even believe they came back to finish the cleaning. There definitely wasn't any edging done. When we asked about this they tried to blame the stair lift installation that went on. I fail to see how the stair lift installation caused spider webs and the amount of dust and dirt under the cabinets. We were offered a $75 refund or to discount a further cleaning, but considering we don't even believe they came back out for the second time that we paid $250 for, this was completely unacceptable. After we made it to the house the moving company was already coming with our belongings and it was too late to get it clean while the house was empty. Sadly we are left with a dirty house. We definitely do not recommend this company.

This was to be a deep clean. 2 ladies not very tall. Only wiped walls with a dry cloth as high as they could reach about half way up the wall. Only cleaned lower half of windows not upper half. I asked if they had a step stool. They said no. My house was empty. I had already moved out. Did not clean base boards. Used swiffer only on underside of ceiling fan. Wiped out refrigerator and stove. I had already cleaned my house a couple of days before they came. Just sprayed something on part of the kitchen floor. They said no mop and they don't use bleach. Carpet in front 2 rooms and paneling on walls. Did run vacuum. Did not wipe down walls. I only had a 4 room cottage and a bathroom. Only there maybe 2 hours. I would never recommend this cleaning service to anyone. This to me was not a deep clean. I'm 80 years old and could have done what they did myself. Cost me over $800.00. Definitely not worth it. Huge mistake hiring them. I called owner and let her know. She did not even offer to refund any of my money or send someone else out to redo the cleaning. I also believe that as a business owner she should explain to a customer what a deep clean consists of. But she did not. My huge over $800.00 mistake. Never recommend to anyone this cleaning service.

I hired in this company to clean an empty house to put on the market after new construction. I was charged 400 for 4 hours with two ladies. When i came back, the bathrooms were never touched there was drywall mud on the floor (comes up with water). After pointing this out the owner sent them back to clean again, once again they never touched the window in the bathroom and there was still spots all over the floors. Two weeks later, I’m hit with an extra 100 bucks! 500 bucks to half way clean a new house seems outrageous. After talking to the owner she retracted the 100 bucks. But why pay 400 for a job that wasn’t done very well? I was assured he company did new construction clean ups. I’m 100 percent positive that was untrue. Also, when they left, they left the door wide open, so make sure to double check their work.
