I’ve been using Jeanie’s cleaning for 2 months now. I found Jeanie’s because i was looking for a company that wouldn’t send a different person each time and could provide consistent results. Jeanie’s has been the answer for my family and my wife has been very happy.

The cleaning team did an absolutely outstanding job! They went above and beyond my expectations, paying attention to every detail and leaving everything spotless. Not only was the space cleaned thoroughly, but they also took the time to make sure everything was organized and fresh. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude really stood out. I’m extremely thankful for their hard work — if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

I needed a deep cleaning to happen for my home. I used Jeannie’s cleaning before so I went with them again.

Unfortunately one of the cleaners had an off day and the shower wasn’t done up to standard. But not enough to cause a stink over it. Let me tell my experience.

The owner texted me the next day to ask how it turned out. I mentioned the couple of things that didn’t meet standard. The owner bent over backwards trying to make it right.

I had family coming in town the next day, she got the cleaners out there before they showed up. The area of concern was just the shower. The girls re-cleaned not only the shower but the entire master bathroom and the master bedroom. Those rooms didn’t need to cleaned (as they were just there), the cleaners did it anyways to make sure they didn’t miss anything.

The thing I love is not Jeannie’s cleaning getting things perfect the first time. The first time was a pretty good job. It is the fact that they took a minor complaint and went beyond what was required to make it right. I will always go with a company who has this kind of integrity.

I requested a move out clean specifically asking for the walls to be cleaned first. I went with Jeanne’s cause other companies could not or would not do the walls. I was dissatisfied after a six hour day. The walls were not cleaned. Baseboards were not all cleaned, but for some reason, the two cleaners move the furniture back to the wall And pulled up some carpet in another room. Neither of these things were asked The bathrooms were still dirty. The grout that wasn’t touched. Walz had toothpaste on them in the bathroom. Did a nice job on the kitchen cabinets, but it doesn’t feel like these two workers use their time wisely I complained and was told they would give me 75 back off of the Almost $800 bill. Since they could not come out and clean the walls, I had to have someone else do that since Painting was happening within a few days. They agreed to give two more workers at a later date after all the interior work was finished, and these ladies did a nice Not a great job I think Jeanne’s may be fine if you just need a weekly touchup as they seem to only surface clean. I would not recommend them for a deep clean. It was a very distressing and disappointing experience. I was not treated respectfully and Jeanne did not seem to care about my experience

I’ve had Jeannie’s Cleaning for almost two years and definitely recommend this company. Can’t say that over two years there’s never been a hiccup but issue was taken care of. Communication with Jeannie’s has always been top notch. These ladies do a thorough cleaning job and are reliable and timely. The ladies are friendly and leave my home smelling fresh. So glad to work with this company.

We have used Jeannie's Cleaning a few times now and each time they have gone above and beyond what we expected. The teams they sent were very professional and knew what they were doing. They did what we asked and then some Communication with the office manager was flawless. She was able to work with us and get us an appointment the same week. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks so much!

The employees are little to no help 99% of the time and you usually won't be able to find one.

Emailed 3 separate occasions and called and left 3 voicemails. Never was able to speak with anyone. I received one email response stating they would get back to me in a few days then no other response. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

We contacted this company about designing and implementing landscaping for our home. We were told that someone would come out, take pictures, turn it over to their landscaping architect and he would get back to us within a week or so. A man showed up - no camera. he said he was either Kendrick or O'Dell, I can't remember. He asked us a few questions about our area to be landscaped and said he would be back later to take some pictures as he had "forgotten" to bring it. Well, he never showed up again. We never heard from them again even after I left messages - never got anything other than a voicemail when I would call. So, I would say they are a completely unprofessional organization.

We had a great experience with Kendrick & O'Dell Landscape. They were wonderful to work with and their work was of the highest quality!

I'd steer clear of this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, don't return calls or do what they say they're going to do. They did a lovely job on our garden but planted trees that aren't for this climate and had to replace once already in just a couple years. Only time will tell if they come back this season. I'd highly recommend finding a more reputable landscaper and one you can trust.
