Initially responsive however the owner then wanted me to pay to move up on the schedule having never seen the job wound up going with another company as this company never returned my second message about being willing to wait and having to get the whole Foundation done

This company was hired to waterproof and add support to our home’s foundation before we bought it. The work was poor, paint is peeling on floor, paint on walls super sloppy, water is still leaking into our basement, drain tiles not angled away from house, no grading around outside foundation, etc. The original owner who hired him wasn’t in the state to even see the work complete. We have had water coming in since a couple months after moving in. He has done nothing to solve the problem. The few times he has come out he pretends like we are idiots and makes empty promises. One time they came out and dismantled our fencing and bulldozed our entire backyard without even asking! I even had to ask them to spread hay and grass seed afterwards. Check BBB website and you will see a glimpse of the unresolved issues with his previous customers. 10 year warranty is useless when dealing with such an unreliable company. BEWARE!!
