My husband hired wayne to install 19 piers. Once the deal was made he started quickly he dug 12 holes and wanted money. Then he dropped some steel off and wanted more money , he started installing piers and needed more money. After 6 piers were installed he left to work on another job due to a break in the weather we understood him having multiple jobs . He kept promising to return but did not it was one excuse after another . He started 1st week of February and we told him the 1st week of may we need to find someone else. The job was 17000 dollars we gave him 7500 and for that we got 12 holes 6 piers that may be use able and a mess to cleanup. He did not really ask why we were going to get someone else just said OK and came and got his tools and steel . We did reach out to him afterwards and said if you can get it finished by a certain time frame we would let him finish . Only reason for this was no one I called wanted to come behind his work without charging outrageous price . He never even responed.

I had part of my sidewalk and driveway replaced recently by Foundation Solutions of Northern Kentucky. The crew arrived on time, and got right to work. They took extra care to form the curved walk exactly as I wanted it. They even helped me get my landscaping back in shape and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I called for a repair due to some water dripping through my basement wall behind some insulation somewhere. It was found that the issue was a more minor issue than previously thought. Instead of charging me to fix the small issue, he gave me a solution I could do myself. Even after giving me an hour and a half of his time looking at any potential issues throughout the whole house, he refused payment. I appreciate the honesty and information and will be calling again for any future issues.

Wayne is great , professional, and thorough. Our situation required abnormal solutions to profound problems. Wayne didnt make excuses he delivered results, saving me time, MONEY, and aggravation. Highly recommend.

Wayne with Foundation Solutions of N. KY came out to look at some minor leaking coming in through my foundation into my basement. He was on time for our appointment and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and a detailed explanation of how to fix it. I was able to fix it myself based upon his advice. I called Wayne concerned about a crack in my foundation. He had me send him pics to check out the situation. He proved his honesty by telling me not to spend money on that fix and that everything was fine. Saved me a bunch of money and I had never met him before. He knew I had no clue what I was doing and so he explained everything that was going on with the crack in good detail lol. I plan to use this company when and if the time comes.

I purchased a new home that was having foundation issues. I hired an engineer to check it out and the engineer suggested Wayne for the repairs. Wayne came out to my home to give a price. Price was reasonable so I hired him. Work was performed as the engineer required. The repairs looked great!

Wayne and his crew did some shoring posts for the front wall of the basement in our property for sale (unoccupied at the time), and also was supposed to epoxy two foundation cracks. He asked us to cut the check early during the work so that we could both leave while his crew finished up. They didn't do the epoxy jobs and had charged $1100 for it. We've reminded him about it for months. He finally delivered the warranty on the shoring posts for us to give to our buyer, weeks late, and never refunded us the work that he charged for and didn't do. It doesn't matter your situation, this is just crooked. That's all there is to say. Seemed like a nice guy, and the work that was done seemed good, but I wouldn't trust the guy, and our mistake paying before we saw it finished. Won't happen again.

Wayne promptly provided a quote and proposed solution. Pricing was fair. Most importantly, the work was done right. His guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Foundation and drainage issues aren't always the easiest to solve, often with unknown surprises. Project was Handled with professionalism and good communication. Wayne Terry repaired part of a concrete porch foundation several years ago. Recently I needed some information on the work for a potential home buyer. He has absolutely gone out of his way to pull up those records! He has even gone so far as to allow me to give his number to the buyer to answer further questions. This is a company I highly recommend for all foundation work. Excellent customer service forever 👍

Absolutely awful!!! I hired Wayne and his company because he seemed like a nice guy and priced his work very fair. We started at the begin of October and should have only taken a few days and has turned into a two month long project. One of his guys had the flu 3 times in 2 months so he says and that’s the reason they couldn’t come out to finish the work. His planning behind everything doesn’t make since because they only should have been out there a few times and have been out serveral time for only and hour or two at a time. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Wayne was wonderful in giving me advice on my foundation. I had called other specialists who would not even talk to me unless I paid a $200 estimate/consult fee because the house is under contract. Wayne, however, was more than happy to assist in any way he could to guide me in the right direction.

Hired him to repair a cracked basement wall. We did the work based on his advice. It took months to complete. When the full weight of the house was placed back on the wall, it cracked worse than before. We had an engineer look at the wall after the fact, and he said that it would require a complete rebuild to repair. We consulted a lawyer who send a letter to Wayne. Wayne's way of dealing with it was to ignore it. We could sue, and the lawyer said we had a good case, but even if we won, there was no guarantee that we would be reimbursed. House siding was also damaged, utilities into the house were damaged when dirt was filled back in. Wayne is very personable and friendly and gives a good impression, but what he did to us was criminal. His "Lifetime Warranty" is completely worthless.

We had some foundation issues with water coming into our basement. We had a contractor come out and sent in his foundation guy (not even sure on the company name) and, without an estimate just patched some cracks charged us waaaayyy too much money without any details about what he was going to do. Almost a year later, feb 2023, we had more water come into the basement. We had Wayne come out and was able to tell us what problems we had just from a glance, gave me an estimate, and setup us on a schedule right away. He did some shoring up on the wall, trenching, put in a sump pump, and did some framing for us. All these jobs were done quickly in 4 days and did a great job. Thanks so much Wayne.

Contacted them about an issue we thought we had in our home and they came out and inspected us and let us know the issue wasn’t foundational as we had feared. Didn’t try to scare us into making unneeded repairs. Easy to work with and knowledgeable. Honest business practices. Would recommend.
