Jason Bowen HVAC looked at my AirBnB house in Covington. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I let him try to sell me on anything he thought would be an improvement, but he said no, nothing should be done to either the AC unit(upgrade) nor the central air duct work. Instead he suggested it's important to turn off all the eco mode and scheduling on the Nest and leave it at 70 degrees at all times during the summer, which is both more efficient and so that it never has to play catchup when new guests arrive.

Excellent and courteous, and on top of that, a nice price for the service call and install of the heat exchanger. I called when my gas furnace went out. They came the next day and in just a few minutes diagnosed the problem, told me what it was and they fixed it that day. Glad I called them, I recommend you do the same.

Jason and his team did a great job. He stood behind his work and made sure that I was 100% happy with the job completed. Will call him the next time I need any HVAC work done and recommend that you do too.

I feel lucky I found these guys. I call them for minor plumbing, water heater, furnace, and even running a gas line to my fireplace. I trust them when they're in my house, and they are always patient with my questions and calls. They are extremely capable professionals, and I literally have them on my speed dial.

I hired Jason to extend the HVAC air ducts to the upper floor of an older home. He and his crew did a great job. After several estimates elsewhere, Jason was able to give me the most effective solution, offering full coverage of the upstairs in addition to a proper return register. Others had told me there was no room for the register. He made it work by going through the attic/ceiling which the others were either unwilling to do or had not considered. His quote was also the most competitive. Highly recommended.

We used Jason Bowen Mechanical to add a PTAC unit for an outbuilding with a pre-cut opening and sleeve. They found a unit that fit these dimensions and installed it in a couple hours. The heating and cooling output meets our needs for the space and the project fit our budget. Great response to my needs for my humidifier on my furnace. Technician was very experienced and quick to accomplish the work. Needed a new part which was on his truck and I asked for a new water panel, which he also had on his truck. Very satisfied.

I can’t thank Chris enough for all of the time spent with me on the phone going over our furnace issue. A different company came out and misdiagnosed the issue and charged us a large sum of money for a repair that was quite small and then corrected by technician Jeremy Rice in under an hour.
