Jay was our tech and did a great job adjusting our HVAC heat pump. It wasn’t ever going to aux heat which means we only had one source of heat.
Also discovered our humidifier was working and was also able to fix but may only be temporary since the water line was supplying water to the humidifier was supplying enough pressure. This valve to this line may need to be replaced.
Also was able to contact for air dryer lines to be cleaned.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, took his time running diagnostics to figure out the issue. Spoke at length with us afterwards regarding timeline to get repaired, costs, etc. We never felt rushed, he answered all of our questions.

I was impressed with Darren and Drew who came to my condo to assist with my disposal problem. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. The replacement disposal was apparently a new model that had given other installers issues. However, when the same issues happed to Darren he pushed thru and was successful. I would be very happy to have Darren and Drew take care of any plumming issues for me in the future.

I had them come out to possibly replace the spigot in the back of my house. Was instantly quoted $899 to replace a $42 part plus $ for some added equipment. I understand plumbers need to get paid, but that price seemed outrageous. And the only answer I could get on the price was “that’s the market right now.” I went with a different, reputable company, that replaced my spigot for just over half the cost Schneller Knochlemann quoted me. They were at my house 10 mins to tell me they couldn’t even look at the spigot because it was seized up and I still had to pay the $99 service fee. I saved money in the long run going with someone else verses using SK, even after paying the service fee.

Great experience from the start to finish. Darian did a wonderful job getting sink unclogged- did not give up until water drained correctly- triple checked his work and left the area cleaner than he found it!! Shout out to Heather and Courtney who were very polite and helpful!! Customer service was top notch!!

Employees are always so nice and professional but their prices are so high. I called about an estimate to change a shower cartridge and the lady said she couldn’t give me an estimate and that I would have to pay $79 for a plumber to come give me an estimate. When he got here, he quoted over $1,000 to replace it. Cartridges only cost $100-150. They may give competitive prices for big jobs like replacing a furnace and AC but not for small jobs. This is the second estimate I’ve gotten from schneller that was ridiculously over priced for a small job. I would not recommend calling them for estimates unless you want to be out $79 with no work done.

Nicklas was an awesome SK Plumbing associate with a great attitude and knowledgeable Plumbing acumen. I appreciate the fast response and excellent communication skills. I enrolled in the annual membership and it the best value for HVAC and Plumbing.

Schneller and Knockelman has replaced my a/c, furnace, and water heater in the past 2 years. Recently I called them about a problem with my water heater. They were at my house within an hour of my call, thoroughly checked the water heater and explained what the problem was. I have been extremely happy with this company in all my dealings with them, and recommend them highly!

Could not recommend SKPHA more. Flawless experience from start to finish. Our technician, Dale, was fantastic—punctual, honest, efficient, and no-nonsense. He found and fixed the problem on the first try. Our heat is working again and we are thrilled. This was especially appreciated after a competitor came in the day before and quoted thousands for unnecessary repairs.

I had some minor/moderate flooding in my basement. I called another service and they never showed. These guys came within 6 hours of the call. They solved the problem quickly as I asked and consulted/reccommended a longer term solution at my readiness. They also took the time to consult (without additional fee) on an unrelated future plumbing project that my husband and I have been considering. Price was about what I expected to pay. Took all the time to explain things to me and show me what they were doing.

I was disappointed not to have a grace period to sign up for your $15 monthly maintenance program
It would’ve been nice to have a 3 day grace period for me to decide and still the house call for today of $70 could’ve been applied to the annual fee
I’m older and just can’t make snap decisions when concerning money (I’m on a fixed income)
I like to take a couple of days to pray about these type of secessions as well as get advice from family members
I have invested time and money into maintaining my home but all with very careful consideration while raising 2 children on my own
Again, I wish I could’ve had an option

Easy to schedule. Tech showed up right on time with the tools and parts to accomplish the repair. Water Pressure Relief Valve wore out. Estimated 1 to 2 hour job, finished in 1. Answered all of my questions. Knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Zach Saul, the technician who troubleshot and repaired our unit gets a five star rating. He was extremely thorough, ran multiple tests, took the unit apart and found the problem. He explained a part needed to be ordered and then the repair could be done. The office staff is the reason for the three star rating. I had to call three days in a row, once to initiate the repair service and the next two days to follow up on the status after being told someone would call me back with an update and timeframe each day I called. Never got a call back in three days. The third time I called, the lady finally told me the part was in and scheduled me for the repair. I seriously doubt they would have contacted me to get my unit repaired if I hadn’t called again. Frustrating to say the least.

We had a new complete HVAC system installed yesterday with new humidifier and smart thermostat. The technicians (Jim, Mike and Matt) were amazing. They were efficient, neat and did a fantastic job! They made sure I understood the operations of my new equipment and answered all my questions. We couldn’t be happier with the entire team at Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! Thank you….and keep up the great work!

From the initial check up of the hot water heater to the final installation, everything was perfect! We just wanted to have it checked, as it was 10 years old. Cody explained our options and we went from there. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians - extremely careful and thorough. We decided to take advantage of the financing, and Cody explained it very well!!!!

Our technician David did a super job on furnace maintenance. Explained exactly what he did. Even got the humidifier working again. And our dog really liked him. Would definitely recommend!

Mikeala was. Great, My heat pump isn't working, there is a short. Somewhere
She troubleshooted, called her boss, she went. above and beyond. Somewhere during the Troubleshooting the transformer blew. She replaced the transformer, and didn't charge me for today's service. She gave me great Customer Service.
She need. To order a board for heat pump and come back out to find the issue.

Schneller’s journeyman Quin was on time, professional, and courteous. After investigating my issue, he suggested a couple of options to address the problem. He gave me honest advice, drafted proposals on the spot, and provided a quick repair. Hands down, SK provided me with the best service call I’ve had at my house.

Pt.1 The technician was friendly, efficient, and was able to, in minutes, clear a toilet that had been clogged for two weeks resisting all my efforts to clear it.
Pt.2 The technician came within the stated hours and completed the job quickly and efficiently, was friendly, professional and went over everything that was done.
I was impressed by both young men and am very pleased with Schneller Knochelmann's service.
